After seeing how Mel's been acting the last couple episodes, no wonder Destiny never calls her when she's going through something smh

Kimmie is a saint bc Maurice may not be as problematic as Martell and Marsau; but he’s definitely an exercise in patience 💆🏾‍♀️💆🏾‍♀️💆🏾‍♀️

I adore Kimmi, I really do, but when she said that Maurice and her didn't even have a honeymoon, and he yelled out "well pick the place and let's go!" and that she'd waited 7 years on him to give her a ring, I damn near lost it. Why do we as women put up with so much bullsh*t just to say we're "married" or "got a man?" Though Kimmie is usually spot on in her assessments with people and how she handles things, it's clear she ain't too smart when it comes to the men department.

I didn't even realise Martell wasn't in this episode. I didn't even miss him. 😂

Maurice wants Kimmie to be his babysitter for his son Monster with no benefits. He don’t tell his wife anything concerning his son Monster.

I can’t understand how they all think someone wants to be an assistant GM having to train the GM! Jalen should be the assistant and let an experienced person manage and mentor him. Sometimes these people are just ass backwards.

I thought Maurice was one of the good men on the show. He might be successful in his public life but is failing in his private life. He doesn’t respect his wife and he doesn’t listen.

Im really trying to understand what Kimmie sees in Maurice. She seems too level headed to be putting up with his unreasonable ass. I wonder if he switched up after they got married

Teasha always says to Mel that her husband is faithful and she trust him. Why the hell is she so easily TRIGGERED? She knows that man has cheated.

If I was Destiny I would have gave Tiffany a more recent memory of me which would be kicking that heaux out of my party. However Tiffany to me is a production plant because she appears to be the catalyst for a lot of the conflicts occurring this season.

Kimmi was reading Maurice ALL up and through this entire episode and in those confessionals. Maurice better stop trying to compete with Marsau by working so much. Keep ignoring and cutting Kimmi out of things if you want. One day he will come home and she will be gone, house cleaned out with a goodbye note and a single white rose on the bed pillow. It seemed like he was setting Kimmi up to me too. Why schedule another meeting if the parent meeting was soooo important? He is showing his true colors to me. Work is an excuse not to deal with certain things. Just like Marsau keeps giving himself away. He rocking someone's world, just not Tisha.

Mel has always been a mean girl.. I remember everyone was against her and Martel untill he started acting up, but Let’s not forget who Mel was from jump

Maurice and that ex nickname their child MONSTER and Maurice is talking about stigmas being attached to his son. He spoke in so many circles and said absolutely nothing! Either the elevator doesn’t go all the way up for Maurice or he’s calculated and manipulative just like Marsau. He treats his wife like his home girl too much for me.

I can’t believe Tisha cried because of Marsau’s brief interaction with Kyra. She’s so fragile. EDIT: you are right! Marsau contributes to her insecurities. It’s understandable why she’s so broken.

The gala with Ready 2 Love cast was interesting; I half way expected Alexis to stroll by wearing some sequined gauchos with glitter clogs at some point😒

Baby that birthday dinner was savage. Lol, Tiffany is weird af and would never sit with me again. She lacks compassion for others and she should absolutely learn to read the room🥴. Maurice is ugh....Kimmi and Tisha need to reevaluate the Scott's views on wives in marriage!

Maurice did say in a previous episode, maybe last season that he wanted to see what Marsau was doing with his office so he could design his better…

Tisha was crying over the brief interaction because she does not want to face their real reality. She knows he does what he wants and she knows Mel was never lying.

Marsau wasn't phased by Tisha in the lingerie because probably his services had already been rendered before he arrived to her. I sensed this by what appeared to be obvious methods of distraction from his incesantly talking about business to almost picking a fight with Tisha's about her wardrobe budget. Trust if you are a man's only source for relations, discussions about business and your spending habits can/will definitely wait.

Maurice was on my nerves this episode. If I was Kimmi, I would’ve told him off as soon as those mics were off. His priorities definitely need some re-evaluating.

Sis, that trip that I took to Huntsville and I went by Destiny's store, I knew things wasn't right before then, during the trip, I was Convinced things was off big time. That Blacque Cigar Lounge is small. Carlos King is a genius on how they enlarge buildings, houses, etc

I'm torn between Maurice telling Kawau and not Kimmie.🤔 Kawau is monster mother so it makes sense that Maurice told her. Do I think he HAD TO tell Kimmie? No, she's not his mother. Now Kimmie needs to realize Maurice doesn't see her as monster's bonus Mother but his Nanny and KIMMIE NEEDS to now address it by stepping away and stop being the Nanny.

Yeah I did notice that Mel was a bit eager to “stir the pot” at the bday party. Poor Tisha; my daughter was walking through the room and said the same thing about Tisha getting egg on her face with her lingerie on…..

Kimmy's and Destiny's relationship have come along ways since the " He make some good fried chicken " fiasco. I've side-eyed Melody's friendship when Destiny appeared more vulnerable and open with Kimmy at that table last episode than with Melody. Although i do like Melody she's counterfeit & feels some justification whenever any of the other women are having hardship with their man.

There was soo much Tisha in this episode and she always talking like she running out of breath...I barely kept up with the episode. Therefore, thank goodness for your reviews!

Mel pissed me off by asking that question in front of the ladies with a whole smile on her face! Wtf?? That shocked me! Omg I felt embarrassed for tisha!!!! If I do a whole shopping for some sexiness for my boo and he comes in and starts talking about work he’ll NEVER get a dress up againnnnnn! That was so rude and hurtful! Monster needs to go back home! Marsau treats Tisha like she’s his sister/cousin, why can’t she see what we see? I assume that Tiffany’s son or stepson told her that Monster was vaping. Melody is a producer on the show so of course she’s aware of what Tiffany knows.

tisha is so immature its actually sad to watch. her being jealous over masau working the room...he said hi to multiple women but kyra got her eye. masau played jaylen and has this man working with no support, i feel for him. jaylen should have properly advocated for his needs and wants because he is overworked and underpaid. i love kimmy's connection with her son, he is the light of her world and she genuinely enjoys his company, she was so excited about the renos. i dont think mel and des are actually friends. there is no way u call me a friend and i keep things from u but u also take my moment of vulnerability to create mess. also, mel seemed a lil jealous/envious that des and kimmy were close. des wants to be there for mel but doesnt want to share the same vulnerability with mel which is causing mel to be messy.

Watching Kimmi patiently and kindly get Maurice together despite that ego driven man STILL thinking he’s in the right - made me jump up, while watching that mess, and do a praise dance that I’m divorced. 💥10 toes 🦶🏾down for Kimmi‼️

Marsau is unemotional and dismissive! He knows his wife is insecure about something, but refuses to do anything to make her emotionally secure or console her, which is very hard to watch. He doesn't acknowledge anything and isn't accountable for his wrong doings. Some men just aren't emotional or know how to show emotion. You can be masculine and give your woman emotional security. It's called: Learning your partners Love Language! Learning what makes her/him say "Thanks baby! I appreciate that!" Some men don't know how to make a woman feel soft and pink. We already are lol, but y'all know what I mean! 🤣🤣🤣

Also, I was thinking that because Tisha showed up with SO MUCH luggage, she was toting his clothes for him, another one of her responsibilities is making sure she packs and totes his bags.

I'm side-eyeing Mel now. Like you said Measha...Mel should have stepped up to support Destiny at that moment. And then at the end it shows Mel inviting both of them to her event and didn't even address the shade and drama that Tiffany brought. Obviously Tiffany is going to be the source of contention between Destiny and Mel.🙄 I do not like Tiffany. As for Marsau, the way he responded to Tisha's advances makes me question even more what the REAL reason for his delay was. Looked to me that he was already satisfied and fulfilled before he arrived in Houston.👀 And Maurice showed his whole behind last night. I did not like him in this episode.

Tisha and Marsau bother me. I do feel for Tisha when it comes to her marriage because all I see is a woman trying her damndest to make this marriage work with a man who couldn’t care less about her efforts to do so. He didn’t sign up for an independent , self sufficient woman although all his lusting after Mel says otherwise. I do wish Tisha would hold her husband as accountable as she tries to hold Kimmie and maybe it would yield her better results.

I like Tiffany, she spilled a little tea and shook some things up. Because Destiny doesn't have a storyline, she will bully Mel this season (like she did kimmie) because of what Tiffany confirmed. Destiny you know your Ex was a cheater, so don't blame it on Covid. Labearic checked out along time ago. The tables have turned for the Scott couples after all of the cackling and talking about the Holts situation behind their backs. Looks like Kimmie, LaTesha and their spouses need some counseling from Dr. Francis. ijs

Now that Mel and Martell's marriage debacle is resolved, Mel is creating drama to remain relevant on the show. Every man is not Martell Holt...chronic habitual cheater. Destiny's mentality and disposition destroyed her marriage. Tiffany is "desert thirsty" for a OWN check.

This episode confirmed my belief that Mel was on the BS…Mel is showing her slip…all her ‘ God said go’ shpill is coming off unauthentic …Marseau didn’t want his girlfriend to see him fooling around with his wife 😂 every scene he want to make sure he’s seen being sarcastic…at some point it’s not funny anymore…. I can feel that Jalen is feeling overwhelmed and Marseau and Tisha are horrible bosses…but ultimately he is a grown man and they didn’t twist his arm to get the job….I have faked it til I made it…and if I didn’t feel I was getting the info needed…. Unpopular opinion Marsau is good looking

I love Kimmie, and I think she can do WAYYYY better than Maurice. I believe Maurice uses and manipulates her because he knows she deeply loves him. She has stated several times that he proposed to her after 7 years of dating I’m sorry, but I think he married her for the look of this show and not because he deeply loved her. Everyone knows that OWN is a “family” network. They will take divorced but not single and shacking up. Kimmie is Maurice’s second come up woman that’s why that ex is still pissed, because she was probably taking care of him too …. he moved on to Kimmie and finally got a career and lost weight. I don’t trust Maurice at all he is the actually the most dangerous man on this show. Martell and Marsau express their f’d up ways all the time, but Maurice is a silent assassin with his ways which makes him very dangerous. Kimmie really needs to keep her eyes and ears opened. Maurice is all about Maurice.

Let's say Marsau didn't see Kyra; Tisha stirred his ego by saying Kyra was eyeing him. Yes, she is insecure and I believe the manipulative fake pouty tearing was to keep Marsau away from possibly going back to interact with Kyra. Didn't it seem like Marsau was anxious to get a tissue and Tisha said it was okay. Tisha pouty little girl pity me act made it's first appearance this season at her graduation party, when she was whining about how Kim didn't have her back. Tisha is attractive however, her looks and bodytype is speaking Miss Wanda more and more. I don't know if that is what puts a halt on the romantic moments since Marsau is irritated with Wanda.🤔 I hope she gets that stuck record in her head fixed to overcome her insecurity.

In the first couple of seasons, I was thinking where did Marsau get his chauvinistic ways because Maurice appeared to be different, but It is very obvious that they are brothers. They really think highly of themselves and low of the women that they are with. Ion like that! I wanted to slap both Marsau and Maurice in this episode.

Look here, I have always thought Maurice is the REAL sneaky one after that fiasco w/ how him & Kimmie got together. Kimmie, *long sigh*.. While I do admire Kimmie and her ability to listen and communicate I find it to be a tad bit disingenuous when she has certain conversations with Maurice on camera as shown this episode. I feel like Maurice was really upset about Monster’s business being put on blast but he went through all the motions so Kimmie wouldn’t tear into his ass about him keeping the situation from her. He knew with all his theatrics, Kimmie would choose to “pick her battles” and offer support as opposed to adding fuel to the fire cause Ms. Kimmie ain’t about to act a fool on national tv! I find it to be highly unlikely, that all of this foolishness would take place with a woman who has zero tolerance for the bs. She seems to be more emotionally mature than Maurice and when she talks to him it feels as if she’s talking to her son and not her husband, her partner. Maurice knows just how far to take his bs with Kimmie before she haul off and cuss his ass out! But I was especially surprised by how she sat there at the restaurant after he left. You can’t care more about the situation than your husband does when it comes to this ex wife meeting. It feels as though she would like to be on a better page with the ex wife and Maurice doesn’t necessarily want that to occur for his own messy reasons. He likes keeping them separate and doesn’t truly want them to completely mend fences.
