As it is sulphate free it won't be lather up so much that means the shampoo is good

Yes, but if you oil your hair you’ll have to shampoo your hair well maybe twice.

You can have hairfall due to a lot of underlying conditions like low iron, thyroid etc. I would suggest you to get tested first & if everything’s in place then you can try onion juice on scalp for hair growth
