I was getting ready to watch this episode on demand when I saw your review posted. I didn't even know it came on last night until one of my co-workers told me this morning. I was like, "Say what, now? Last night?! Wth?!"
I don't see how Kaleena disrespected Deb.I agree that she seems a lil postpartum add to that being on top of the world with dirty money and her husband not supporting her dreams is a lot.she probably feels really alone and her self esteem ain't the highest so her telling deb shes is all that was for her not Deb.But who doesn't ask the questions that she asked is not like Deb is managing Rihanna or Beyonce who has she really managed why get mad when you're interviewed for a job a good manager would have done more to reassure her that shes in the right hands.
kalisha Fenty She should've asked all that the first time she met with Deb. You meet with her first and you're a basket case, saying you don't know what to do and practically begging Deb to manage her. But on the second visit you all about the business? Deb was telling her last time they met that she needs to take control of her career and let the husband be the husband. She wasn't trying to swindle Kaleena. So now Kaleena all crunk when she should've just said Deb I'm having second thoughts...blah blah blah. Don't nobody want to hear about who you are when you ain't been able to do shit but fund your husband's penchant for opening random clubs, working in the studio 24/7 with OTHER artists and never being home and you're constantly crying about it. I wanted her to talk like she had some sense, not be all confrontational. Taking care of business and just being all out rude are two different things.
You make good points however the first time around she just went for advice I don't think she really went with the intentions of making Deb her manager.I don't see why it matters when she asked as long as a contract is not yet signed.Honestly Deb doesn't have the best reputation in the industry and as season as she is she should have been able to handle the questions Kaleena asked with no problems.I feel like Deb got way too defensive and trying to put Kaleenas personal business out there was not kool either
Were just gonna have to agree to disagree on this one.Deb is a professional managing people is her JOB so she should be equipped to answer the questions that were asked.
***** I don't think Kalenna was serious about Deb managing her anyway. If you come to me still harping on your old manager and how you're upset that they signed your release form, then you start questioning what I can do for you because you get money in your sleep, I know that you're wasting my time. Deb is no fool and she picked up exactly what Kalenna was putting out. Kalenna was trying to use Deb for her personal nonsense. She can't separate personal from business and here she goes again involving Deb in here personal woes. If this were really all about business, I don't think Deb would've had a problem.
When Rasheeda asked Kirk why he didn't tell her about Ashy I felt like "I didn't know till we got to the hotel and Mona gave us the revised script. Hell Ashy didn't know. She don't even know that girl."
the best part of the review was Jermaine Dupri! his look when that song played out was so priceless i bet he was thinking is she for real?! Great one Rox , i was floored!!
bambi looked so beautiful in her confessional im suprised shes still with scrappy..i didnt think kaleena was trying to be overly cocky in the meeting i think deb took it the wrong way

We still need to hear that resume Deb...The fact that she couldn't even answer the ques to shut Kalenna down got me looking at her side ways. I believe those were RELEVANT and ESSENTIAL questions as a potential Manager you need to answer. The fact that she felt offended being asked those ques makes her actually look like the cocky one. To me...kalena did not disrespect her at all. When Den stood up Kalena remain seated. Even when Kaleena exited the room she was like Deb I respect you and so on. That alone goes to show that Kaleena's intentions for the meeting were not bad. However, Deb kept getting defensive. I swear.. Kaleena need to show tammy who is really bad. Deb was aggressive from jump start with the garbage remark she needs to chill and Tammy needs to have a seat i know you tryna be the super save your mother n law but what if kalenna would have whooped Tammy ass then that would mean deb was putting her famliy in harm's way deb took that the wrong way with her annoying voice always sounding like she got tons and tons of bubble gum in it
Erica reminds me of that single friend with no man that's bitter at every woman that's in a relationship. She can see Kirk's faults (his storyline bullshit faults that Mona has plotted) but couldn't see when O'Shay (however you spell it) was taking her coins and basically using her.
Kimberly Hatcher Something about Erica always hit me the wrong way. She is a sour, bitter woman that pops off on people who are intimidated but when she knows someone will pop back, its a different story.
ebony isis I thought when Joseline put hands on her a few seasons ago that she would sit down somewhere but I was wrong. She seems so bitter and mad. She's another one of those pretty females that can't seem to keep a man. Maybe I'm wrong but I'm expressing my opinion on what I've seen from the show.

Erica thought she won that Joseline fight lol but I can't stand Erica, never hv & I never had a good reason until these last 2 seasons, I definitely hope this is her last season b/c child support issues is not a storyline

Your reviews are soooo on point....love & Hip hop is my ratchet guilty pleasure I must admit...2 things Mona tried it with Tammy ,trying to bring her some revelance and Dupree's reaction to Dimes Disrespectful...can Mona let that girl intro a new song cause that's a hot "stripper fight" mess . Tammy was trying to redeem herself after Joseline snatched her by an inch of her life, I haven't seen her pop up on Joseline after she told Deb "I don't wanna have to fight no old lady". I suggest Tammy stay off the TV and figure out why every instagram boutique sell the same bathing suits.
This is from Ashley Miller's videos but she said that Tammy came because she had to start a new storyline for Kalena which makes sense and did anybody else catch that Tammy said she didnt know Kalena like that making it seem like she had never had a conversation with this woman in her life but then in the next episode Tammy decides to tell Rasheda that Kalena was on the phone with her talking shit about Rasheda like whhhaaattt.. somebodys story aint straight
Now one thing I don't like is someone rolling up at someone's job trying to play "confrontation time". A lady came to my job along with her husband trying to confront me because she thought I was cheating with her husband. She was real bold while I was inside my job. She left and then came back, then I told her to step outside. Once we got outside she piped down and her attitude changed. I guess she thought she was going to punk me on my job. We both read each other (nothing to harsh) an I went back to work. She later called and apologized. Long story short, he told me he was single. We never did anything he just seemed like he needed someone to talk to.

Good review as always Rox. I don't think Kaleena was disrespectful in what she was asking Deb however, I think the delivery was wrong and she should've asked that question in their first meeting. As for Tammy, I love her to death but boo boo you was wrong for going to that woman's business trying to start something knowing full well your mother-in-law can handle her self.
I love you reviews but I truly have to disagree with the Deb Atney situation. Kaleena was respectful until she called her bag of garbage which so childish on so many levels to me. She has a right to feel accomplished because she is. Debbie came off as such a bully to me in that scene. I like Debbie but she is so wrong for treating Kaleena like she some 2nd rate artist. That was business and she should have been able to speak to her manager about anything that of concern to her. She was giving Deb the opprotunity to sell herself now that she is in the position of shopping for management since Tony released her. That scene was very hard as I like both Deb and Kaleena.
Lmbo.....my friends call her "baby knees" the say I started something because If I say "KD" they don't know who it is...lol. They blame it on me, but I say all credit is to you...lol *****
