Darren, with respect towards the other band that you were in, not trying to talk anyone down, how do I say this. When you left, you took a lot of the magic with you. That band isn't the same without you. It is obvious to my ears that you were the magic behind the sound in that band and now since you left, I hear vocal mistakes, mixing mistakes and more when I listen to their new videos. It's just not the same without you. Now I find myself here in music heaven. You are a master at what you do!

As a producer, I can't say that I'm hearing the same thing...it's just a different way of doing the same thing...as it should be! Not big on some of the song selections, but everybody has their own tastes.

Furter nationally ! "You Make My Dreams Come True" and "Ride Like The Wind live" are on my permanent playlist. This venture, I'm still 50 / 50.

I see more difference in song choice while I still think the quality is there the song choices tend to be more pop songs that at times I have no interest in.

It's like trying to remain friends with both people after a divorce. Noticed the ex saw fit to use Darren in his Today show promo, now that was a tad tacky. I would stand on broken glass to watch Nikki's stagecraft and Stef's wizardry. Darren is the ringmaster. Both bands have the benefit of expert producers and sound engineers and both will suffer from the lack of such, live. Maybe give each band the same song and have a shootout once a month. Oh what might have been.

This is not the HSCC. Yes, this studio is where they started but our producer/keyboard player and the person you mention had a falling out. They have gone separate ways. You get 2 new videos now instead of just 1!

I am old, therefor I remember when this was playing on FM radio. (remember that "format"?). Amazing work, gang. About halfway through the song it struck me how rare it is for a artist and a team, to be able to grab hold of a song made world famous by someone else, work on it, and then perform the song with as much confidence, skill, and professionalism as Nikki does every time I see her behind the mike, whether here or on HSCC. She is a powerful force of nature. When teamed up with a group of people who are astonishingly good in their own right...well..you have Sing It Live. I hope someday you guys can actually make a vinyl record, or at least CD. I know," get with the times old man." --Old guy here, waiting impatiently for the world to come knocking on your door., and for you to come to Lake Tahoe for a show...
