Operation Christmas Child shoebox unpacking for a girl age 10-14 y.o Valentine's Day Theme

This box is gorgeous! All of the decorations that you added to the items make them even more special. I bought the same 3 pink bags at Walmart but I never would have thought to add hearts to them! I also bought the 7 Hairmazing dolls for $10, and the one that you chose for this box is just perfect. I know the girl who gets this box will love wearing her pink dress and matching headband while playing with her doll. You have given me such great inspiration with this shoebox! I especially love how you decorated the inside of the lid and the backpack. 🥰

The red and pink combination makes for such a pretty box! The young lady who receives this one will know the moment she opens it how special her gift is. Love how you personalized several of the items with your Cricut ❤

I feel like a little more of my heart goes into each box with every item I personalize. These boxes truly are a labor of love. Now if I could just get my video lighting figured out. I am tired for being yellow, LOL!

What a beautiful box to show her how much she is loved! Love all the pinks and reds! My favorite is her dress! Love all of your special touches! I have been using my Cricut a lot lately to personalize. I feel like another piece of my heart goes in the box when I add that little touch. You are the only one to mention the dress!! Have a beautiful weekend.

Mine too! Crazy story behind that. I was out shopping for box items and I was at a Dollar Tree 30+ minutes from my home. I was walking past their hair clips and head bands. I saw this head band with Pom Poms on it, similar to mine. The Pom poms were yellow and pink. I passed it up, even though I felt an inner urging to grab it. It was that day that I went home and decided on the doll. When I saw her head band I KNEW I was supposed to add one to her box. Should it have been the pink and yellow one? I don’t think so since the box became a Pink and Red theme but it’s just one of those moments when I feel affirmed by God that I am doing what I am supposed to be doing. You know me because I often tell you this, but I just love all your handcrafted items. The stuffy and doll really make this box special, though. And, oh, your box lid decor - so nice. She will be drawn into this beautiful box as soon as she opens the lid ❤️

My local Walmart NEVER discounts anything either. I was thankful someone shared that you could get them through the Walmart App. Are you on 1 or more of the FB OCC pages?

What an awesome box!! I love your heart and flourish decorations on her notebook and backpack! 🎒 So many really awesome things in here! What is the type of store that you referred to where you found the dress for $.25? I think you called it a bin store or shop? I have never heard of that…What is that? I would love to find a store that had treasures like a dress or shirt for such a great price.👍😊 thank you for sharing your inspiring box!

These are stores that buy out stores going out of business or a lot of stores only clearance a certain amount of items and then they have some kind of deal with these stores who then turn around and sale them for cheap. Like our local bin stores are called $5 Gold Digger. On Saturday everything in the “bins” are $5, Sunday $3, Monday $2 and then Tuesday $1 until 2 hours before they close and then they’ll offer them 4 items for $1. You should be able to google Bin Store in your local area. I want to add that you have to be willing to deal with crowds and digging through stuff. My husband can not stand the chaos, LOL.
