I see myself as a resemblance of the woman at the well in the Bible. In my frustrations with myself, people, life circumstances, I find myself saying "Oh well" I pray to God for things to go"well " throughout my day... And I'm in desperate need of a new water source in the physical water well where I'm at.. I struggle with "Loving well"... But I ask God continuously to forgive me... For others to forgive me... For me to forgive others and for me & to forgive myself... In all the "well being , well doing and well intentions" is Jesus reminding me to drink deeply from his" well of living waters" He's not shaken by my life's experiences. He just waiting for an exchange of my thirst for his quenching. What a wonderful God to love me this much. It's an endless refill of a "Big Gulp"

I had never considered before that Jesus needed to ask God to forgive those who persecuted and killed Him. I also had not considered, until this message, that He could, as God, pronounce forgiveness. As a man He needed to show fruit of Him forgiving others so He could show evidence before He physically died so He could continue to be free from All sin to complete His work here on earth as a man. So eye opening. So freeing.
This is such a good word....a now word. Repentance is a beautiful thing and forgiveness even more beautiful. I don't want to harbor unforgiveness in my heart.
"Your thought life about them is evidence of your forgiveness." This statement is very helpful in measuring how far I've come (or how far I have yet to go) in truly releasing someone's offense against me.
Most of us will never stand facing someone who has murdered our loved one(s). May we see them face to face & soul to soul as God sees knowing the measure of the justice, the goodness, and the mercy of God. May I see another soul and understand my enemy Satan is mutual to every soul. Woe to the soul who stands in his sin before God. Thank you. I’ve been unforgiving of my father, who treated my mother horribly my entire life cause her to have and stroke and continue treating her horrible until she died. I stop talking to him because he start treating me like my mother and I didn’t want to take on her abuse. I receive this message sent from God. I will forgive him

Please pray that the Lord will deliver my husband from alcohol & pride. And that the Lord heal his mind & heart & that he will quit acting like his abusive father. And that he will be the husband that the Lord says to be, that he will treat me like Christ treats us, His Bride.

I have a question about this prayer. Scripture teaches that God never tempts us, so why would Jesus pray "lead us not into temptation"? Can it be that it's been mistranslated? Wouldn't it be more like "Give us wisdom and strength against temptation"?
I'm Greek and I can read the New Testament in the Original! I know that the KJV has a few very crucial mistranslations like Romans 8:10, 2 Thessalonians 2:7... etc.! We forgive the people who worship Bible Versions! This is because the flesh always needs to worhip something....We forgive them and pray for them Ephesians 1:17-23 and Ephesians 3:14-21!!!

Bill, I feel your struggle as you deliver this message. Except that I missed the significance of Bob Jones in this message. And you said Bob died in the 1970's, then you, more or less said under your breath, said he came back to his body. I don't remember much of the introduction given him in Minneapolis, MN in 1992 when I stood beside him as he spoke prophetically over the youth of our charismatic community. But I assure you, he was introduced as Bob Jones the renowned prophet and was evidently truly alive. He had a reputation that didn't spell out his great love for humanity. Perhaps he loved God greatly. This teaching is of extreme significance however, you are very right about that, especially in this world today. I too frequently rephrase the 'Our Father' prayer, except for the protestant ending which is in emphasizes in my 'The Open Bible'. You and I know Jesus would likely have spent several days teaching these precepts to his close ones. Our World is so perverted that at every turn forgiveness is required. I wonder if we, like Jesus, would be best off asking Our Father to forgive, since we are so limited in that capacity to do so. Is there one among us who could stand before Putin and forgive him for the atrocities he has rained down on mankind. Is there any other way to evangelize that man to repentance and salvation? Satan killed Bob. He went to heaven, Jesus spoke to Bob for a while. Bob got an enormous "expansion". Jesus sent Bob back here because he had not completed his mission.
When it comes to sinning the bible says we inherit our sins from our Fore-Father's. I was listening to his sermon on genetically being wired, the comment on prisoner's who are genetically different. I just happen to be studying right now, on addictions, which literally rewires the brain. The hormones and cells are effected. The majority of Prisoner's are addicted to substances. The Lord can rewire a person's life. He can deliver them from sinning. It is natural to want to sin, it is unnatural to want to be set free from sinning, since under the God of this World and Adam we have inherited a sin nature. However when we accept Christ, he re-wires or re-roots to Heaven, we are literally taken out of that nature to want to sin ( therefore spiritually being led is what gets us from bound in a sin, to free from it. We need to renew our mind's in his truth. The bible also interprets the bible, that is what my Pastor teaches. I have no revelation without Christ who is my hope of glory....
It's an incredible story about Cathy killing a snake with the communion bottle. Because the Blood of a Lamb keeps it from dying from the venomous bite of a snake. Which means we are covered by the Blood of Jesus because he rose from death and therefore so are we. Satan cannot steal kill and destroy us when we follow our Shepard and are covered by His blood.
How do we approach forgiveness with the personage of satan, himself, who slaughters thousands, including children, before our eyes, is never repentant and continues his campaign with even more vengence?? I am sincerely asking, As I have been practicing radical forgiveness for years…How do we forgive satan?? How do we deal with that kind of evil upon the earth? Why are we afraid to speak of this controversial issue?? I need to go deeper…how do we resist evil, itself, and forgive at the same time?🕊💔🕊
Great message but forgiving well doesn't mean you love well as they can be 2 different actions in 2 different contexts towards 2 different people. I've seen people who can be loving & forgiving in the context of their clique becos they are well connected & supported & loved, but be so cold, judgemental & distant toward new people coming into the church or group just becos they are different or struggling and need support.
Thank you for sharing your testimony. You for addressing The Lords Prayer. Im saddened by your use of modern scriptures... in not using ROYAL pronouns. Prayer is our link with our eternal parent GOD, and our sibling, Christ.
