He even said bold actions is how he shows love, he was trying to make her feel confident in them when everyone was putting doubt into her head (for no good reason either since none of them actually gave him a reason why they thought he wasn’t into her. It was all based on their perceptions)

It’s like Catherine created Scott as a villain in her mind in order to justify her poor behavior. She said Scott “cared too much about what other people think” when it’s actually her.

Human nature can be quite disturbing at times. Ty ostracised scoot and essentially singled him out, this made him lose value infront of the Men. Then, he remained single whilst Cath chose another (which is absolutely fine) but made him look undesirable infront of the Women. People are trying to conjure up theories as to why Scott is “hated” and it’s actually nothing to do with his actions, it’s purely because he hasn’t got respect from the Men and is “undesirable” to the Women in there now, and this created mob mentality Genuinely, it’s sad as hell to witness, and for his own sanity/mental health, he needs to remove himself from them demons at this point.

Am i watching the same show...they were both open. She came back with someone . He was hurt.thats ok..but then he made a hurtful comment from that place of hurt. Catherine in turn was hurt by the comments and likewise responded from a place of hurt. Why do we have to demonise anyone.why can't this be two hurt people. Why is Catherine so bad? She’s not biased at all and she’s doing a great job. Unfortunately, due to previous islanders committing suicide/ having mental health issues, she needs to becareful not to encourage hate towards contestants hence why she emphasised it’s an edited show and be nice- this doesn’t mean that she supports Catherine. Any rational person can see that Catherine was in the wrong.

I don’t think we’re missing anything. Scott was done DIRTYYYY by Catherine who had no communication with her when they were separated for casa. She comes back and doesn’t even apologise or acknowledge that Scott Is hurt and he’s expected not to be upset about that!! They didn’t get screen time before the firepit moment cuz they barely had a connection and producers know that too and so did the islanders hence why they thought he was playing a game, plus they were open she can get to know who she wants bare in mind it was right after everyone put it in her head that Scott is a game player. She met someone she’s more compatible with and is allowed to explore that. The only thing I’d say is she could’ve been nicer.
He left the door open with Leah and kissed Catherine, he was completely open at that point so I don’t see the problem, if Scott had been in a couple with Leah when he kissed Catherine then that would have been slimy but it was fair game, Leah is bitter that Scott rejected her and proceeded to throw stones from her glass house
Catherine is a lovely girl. She was right when she said Scott at the fire pit discussion was for him not for her . She told him there was no need but he ignored her and pretended he was doing it for her. This was for public viewing not for Catherine. He was giving her no loving vibes at all .
