It would be better to ask the person personally about what I think than what other people think and what they've discovered. Once we are involved, we know the person from head to foot. I would always consider other people as third-party to the situation & they will have to answer to me about those evidences before I take them as valuable. I would personally ruin a relationship if necessary but not on the accord of other people's opinion.
