I was an Officer of the Crown, employed by the Parliament and the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, attached to the super secretive Australian Department of Defence, embedded into the Australian Regular Army. At one particular meeting it became known that female staff members were complaining about the quality of the Toilet Paper in the women’s Toilets. Long story short there were Two Cleaning Companies contracted to clean the Toilets. The company doing the Mens, supplied Top Quality Paper, but the other supplied cheaper Toilet Rolls. Unfortunately it was several Months before new contracts were let and better quality Paper was stipulated.
