This is a favorite piece of my Love..He died last May 2023.. I remembered he played this for me..I love you.. It's our Anniversary today November 15 & you're gone..I want to greet you dear, Happy Anniversary my Love 😢😢😢
Was told by everyone around me, “It will never last.” I was 19 when we married, and last April we celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary! I love him more today than I did then, a love that runs deep into the soul.
@@sandragrandstrand1866”the key,” compromise (always remember 2 people will never want the exact same thing) and a good sense of humour, for those good times AND not so good times.
Yesterday, November 4, I had the opportunity to take my wife to see Engelbert sing live one more time to celebrate our 42nd. anniversary. This great singer, despite having physical problems, has not lost anything of his great voice. Best of all, my wife was thrilled to see her favorite singer so close to her. Time shouldn't go through this kind of stars that make us happy, and at the same time make us dream awake. Let's keep listening to Mr. Engelbert Humperdinck so that he will never be forgotten by the new generations.
@@valerie9643 You are so right Engelbert is one of the best singers. His voice is truly a gift the lyrics are beautiful. You can actually understand the words there is no one today that can sing like this without the many ways they retouch the recording.
Si,sì. Mio caro amico mi fatto conoscere canzoni di questo artista con la voce meravigliosa. Ascolto volentieri, con grande piacere e bellissimi ricordi.
I am almost 70 and he still gives me chills when I hear him sing. His voice has such an effect on me, it did when I was young and it still does today!!!!
@@shinji4243 glad to see a young person today enjoy beautiful music from yesterday. He has quite a few. Hope you continue to enjoy his music. You have a great day
"Man without Love" and "Love Me with All of My Heart" are the timeless melodies that once graced my childhood, their sweet notes dancing through the airwaves of my grandpa's cherished old radio. Now, in the absence of his comforting presence, each time these songs serenade my ears, they summon forth a cascade of bittersweet tears, a poignant tribute to the enduring power of music. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Engelbert for making my grandpa's heart dance with these timeless treasures.

As a boy growing up, my Dad played these type of love songs in our home on weekends and the essence of each has remained in our hearts where, even over the years, I have played them for my kids as well. It would be good to hear the song "TRUE" by Engelbert Humperdinck added to the list.

40 years ago I heard you for the 1st time. You rocked my deepest senses of romance, passion and love. 40 years on and this song is sweeter in its bitter sweetness. Englebert, you are unmatchable, in keeping the flames of my youthful innocence burning as if it started yesterday, with this evocative song. I love you Brother for this song your gift to me and the world. Thanks not for a moment nor an hour nor a year but for always.
I'm 24 this incoming friday 05/05, my father used to sing me this when his drunk, it's been 13 yrs since he passed away and this song reminds me of him. I feel like he's always here beside me.
Who hasn't this happened to? Single, married, widowed people have had to go through the situation of loving someone who is out of their reach just because they fell under the influence of some beautiful eyes. The pain and desolation of not being able to tell that other person that we love him or her because the two parties may be married, or because of the rules of their workplace. What a desolation it is to feel that anguish when thinking about that loved one that our heart implodes, to immediately feel that one is suffocating, and end up with that blow to the stomach that is a symptom of impotence of not being able to shout "I love you". How hard it is to spend those sleepless nights thinking that despite the fact that the other person also loves us, we cannot shout it freely and never get close to each other. Whoever has felt this pain should know that they are not alone, because this situation can happen at any age.
thanks to my dad I enjoy his songs and reminisce of the times when the world was still beautiful. 35 years old and appreciate all the past has to offer

The first time I kissed a girl was on the dance floor, doing a slow dance to this song in 1980. I still feel what I felt that day, every time I listen to this song. She was my girlfriend after that, until we split up a couple of years later and I lost sight of her. Bumped into her unexpectedly 20 years later in another city and she is my wife today and this is our song! :)

Cuando calienta el sol" (meaning When the sun heats (or warms) up) is a popular Spanish language song originally composed as "Cuando calienta el sol en Masachapa", Masachapa being a coastal town in Nicaragua. The music was written by Rafael Gaston Perez, a Nicaraguan songwriter and bandleader. SADAIC (the Argentine Society of Music Authors and Composers) also credits the Argentine composer Carlos Albert Martinoli. The lyrics have changed , but the music the same , and Englebert sings it beautifully. Many Thanks for sharing the video.
I wish I was able to record my dad while singing this song. Unfortunately, he passed away 3 months ago. My singing buddy, we used to sing all day and we love it so much. I promise to myself as long as i am still living I will sing those songs he used to sing. But sorry, can't help myself from crying. No one can measure how painful to lose a father. I love you dad.
