Honestly I see a lot dramas here using Zhao Lusi as click bait and it's annoying. I love Lusi but this drama did not need her as a click bait, ChengYi alone was enough to make me watch this😊
There no Cheng yi and zhao lusi yet, but if you wouldn't mind I'll recommend you li hongyi(Cheng yi's looked alike) and zhao lusi titled love better than immortality

I watched this series from the beginning to the end ,i honestly had high hopes because the beginning was good and the actors were amazing but the storyline is extremely disappointing and heartbreaking because the Male lead and female lead don’t end up together,they keep sacrificing their own happiness for others until the male lead dies which made no sense so I don’t recommend watching it.🚮🚮🚮🚮

Real main English title of this is The Promise of Chang'an, 2020. 56 full length episodes. Zhao Lusi is NOT in this even as a support. So that is a clickbait lie. It's actress Zhao Ying Zi instead!!! Better to look up and watch the real English title series playlist in Eng sub on YT! There are a few playlists in Eng sub with right title to choose from and no lies about who stars in it!!!.
