You should react to the music video of this song. Their MVs hit harder than the live ones. The line where he sings he hopes he can do justice to this song refers to the music video which they made for this song with literally zero budget. EZ was a struggling artist back then and it's amazing how he accomplished his first two albums with no budget. He had to exhaust his creativity and talent to make the albums and the MVs without spending a dime as much as possible.
