@@verareis7532 while I agree with that, at least that's not a hate crime. most BLs are written by cis het women, if they want to write their own representations that way, that's fine - still annoying, especially with all the screaming - but ethically fine. what they do with transwomen and femme gays however is not.

It made me really uncomfortable to see the way they portrayed the two trans women characters in the show. Caricature and ridiculous. It's very sad to see this nowadays. And it doesn't make any sense in the context of the series, where on earth would two clowns be working recruiting and training actors? Why they didn’t make them look like two serious, respectful businesswomen, like a person in this industry (trans or not) would actually be? It's not because they are trans that they need to be clowns with cheap wigs and ugly makeup. Shameful!

I really liked it. Different from what we usually get on bl series. A series about actors creating chemistry before a shooting. Gameplay and Folk work great together, and the pace and comedy are spot on. The acting coach is a very pretty boy too, can't blame that ladyboy for wanting him for her. The fact GP did the editing (according to him in the interview podcast released today) talks volumes about how talented that boy is. Eager to see ep 2 and the rest!

It's okay and I still gave it a thumb up though. The part I dislike already is the stereotypical character Penelope. I know it's a comedy, but it's a cliche used in many bl films and series. It's not funny to me anymore. Is this type of character even relevant to the story? Does she not deserve a side couple romantic story instead of being viewed as a clown which never shows the person without the wig and makeup?

This is pretty meta. A series about bl actors paired up who have to learn to interact and build chemistry, so they can perform their roles better. On another level its a chance for us to also to see Folk and Gameplay interact and build chemistry so the romance in the series sells, and their pairing can be successful. Been awhile seeing Gameplay in a lead role pairing. Dont know much about Folk yet, but his visuals already sold it for me. I'm a simple man. Thanks for uploading it on YT with no restrictions and with English subs!

The series storyline is great, and the character's acting carries out the show, but lemme point out a flaw real quick, production. I think the delivery of the show and the production missed a big-time, leading the series to be quite dull. Now that Kinnporsche is announced to be aired again, I really feel sad as Gameplay isn't there anymore... Barcode would do great as well I know, but I was truly looking forward to Gameplay for that role...

Hello. International airing has finally begun. I think...it's the beginning of a very easy-to-understand story. In my personal impression, Teacher Chai is too kind and Assistant Peneloppe is too noisy.(LOL) So in ep2, Play, First and Pluto what will happen to the relationship of this triangle from now on? Can't say I'm thrilled or over-excited about this new series. I get it that First and Play have been cast in a BL series as potential boyfriends but I don't see or feel they have much chemistry between them to make that a realistic prospect. Play with his jet black hair and pale complexion, even by Thai standards, looks as though he's never been out in the sunlight, and as for that scene where he used a drop of an acne ointment on his face after looking at himself in a mirror and remarking that he had some when his complexion is flawless (and was so minuscule, it couldn't possibly do anything for the area of his face he was dabbing it with), was just silly, though I'm sure it was there because it was a product placement. I don't like the ladyboy with the pink hair, her mannerisms or the way she's trying to latch on to Chai, who is trying to coach the two boys; he's in fact possibly the nicest character of the lot. The lady boss is arrogant and that phone call where she asked questions, didn't give Play a moment to answer then hung up was just ridiculous. It should get better as the series progresses.

This has potential. The production quality is poor. The acting does give me the sense that these are a couple new actors trying to act in a BL. I do half expect a badly made up ghost to pop out of a closet though. I'm in no hurry to see the next episode but will likely watch it.
