I really don’t know why these ladies are not yet in the history of music (not just metal). This song is brutal, complex yet melodic. Just one of their many masterpieces 🐺🤘🏻 Thanks Wave and UndeadNinja 🙏🏻
This song was played live in 2021 in Osaka with Miyako’s Beethoven’s piano sonata No. 8 According to Midori this song is about Ludwig van Beethoven’s sorrow , about him overcoming his hearing loss.
A Miyako masterpiece. This song is a tribute to Beethoven and how he came to terms with his hearing loss, and hence the incorporation of the "Moonlight Sonata" which Beethoven composed when his hearing began to deteriorate. In addition, I speculate that Miyako chose this popular piece from the maestro because the "Moonlight Sonata" is considered to be a Romantic era composition even though Beethoven lived in both the Classical and Romantic periods. Miyako chose the 3rd movement for "Dystopia Symphony".
A melody heard at the beginning of a song. If you're a fan of classical music, you'll notice it right away. This is the melody of the 3rd movement of Beethoven's famous piano sonata, aka: Moonlight. It also incorporates the melody of Beethoven's other piano sonata, aka: Pathétique. (This might be a little confusing)... Miyako's creativity in composing is amazing.
I find it much harder to spot the themes from the Pathetique, do you have any clue where they are, though the 3rd movement of the Moonlight leaps out straight away.
@@CrYou575 Certainly the pathetic quotes are difficult to understand. Miyako seems to use pathetic as a motif for his dystopian symphony. People who listened to this song said, "I feel the image of the first movement of pathetic in the final part of the song."
"Dystopia Symphony" was played LIVE at their final performance (Osaka) 2021, substituting in the setlist for "Spellbound" (iirc). No known LIVE recordings at this time, afaik.
Dystopia Symphony must have the longest instrumental segment of any Lovebites song. I don't think even Epilogue goes that long without vocals. I think it's at least 2,5 minutes long. Maybe even longer.
Musically this is one of my favourite songs ever. Composition is total insanity love Miyako's evil genius mind here. Thanks Wave, really mada my day.👍👍👍🐺🐺🐺🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
Good intro from now on, Akani is high level, think you should try playing dystopia symphony now or winds of Transylvania, I think you could probably pull em off
