Basically this is Iron Maiden on steroids. Without the side effects. There are three live versions of this song floating around, and they are all worth reacting to, because each one has a different feel. The highlight of the song for me is Miyako's non-stop tapping lead. It's sort of the counterpart to Midori's shred lead in "Under the Red Sky"--a lot of people don't notice it but it's the key to the way the song sounds.
Thanks for pointing that out. There are so many songs where there is a continuous lead line running while Asami is singing the verse. People complain, but that and the speed chugging is why the are seemingly so motionless on stage - there is just no way to play that and move around much at the same time.

I would love to see Lovebites and Aldious together they both have similar styles of rocking out and I love the bassist for Aldious Sawa she's a beast on bass and their front women like Asami have all been very attractive with great voices
Just fire, absolutely shredding! Any band inspired by Maiden definitely knows what they're doing and who doesn't like a 4'9" drummer in a heavy metal band...unheard of. Haruna is absolutely insane! Love all of them, they are the BEST!

Another Great Reaction Anastasia! I think Lovebites' management is playing smart with these 'new' releases that are actually old footage that has not been seen. This one is a clever mashup of old concert scenes and some cool band footage. Good way to keep the hype for Lovebites going while they solve the bass situation. p.s. This is one of their first and oldest music videos, which were published on RU-vid on a differrent channel at the time (the others were "Shadowmaker" and "Don't bite the dust") and they all had inner spots promoting their tours at the time. Now they are being reuploaded on their original channel without the promotion breaks.
Midori is easy too fall for. She is always happy always bouncing around and Always laying down the Sickest Shred and All while wearing 6 inch heels and looking like a Goddess the entire time. Gasshan Ichigo Ichinose is a female that auditioned she's my favorite to win she's already also made covers of Lovebites Don't Bite The Dust, and Hammer of Wrath. She also did a bass cover of Helloweens Eagle Fly Free another song Lovebites covered.
I think Ichigo is really a good prospect. But there are LOTS of great bassists out there, and they may not be releasing THEIR auditions. Also, I've had an evil thought lately. Rio(Mary's Blood) might just be available - could be a great fit.....
@@evilvolts LOL .. that would be something -- but . . Rio really might be both available and interested. I'm not deep enough into the J-Metal music scene to know who is friends with who. I know that years ago Miyako played piano with Aldious, and she and Tokki are friends.
@@Patrick_H. Rio as a new bassist has been speculated upon ever since Mary's Blood announced they were going on indefinite hiatus. I was actually excited by the idea because she is a fabulous bassist. There is however somewhat of a complication. Rio is a close friend of Miho apparently and her taking over the place in Lovebites opens up a whole can of worms. For the moment Ichinose remains the fan favourite but I guess we'll just have to wait and see. In the meantime Asterism might be in the market for a singer and Anastasia looks like she might be interested in the gig.......

This is an homage to Iron Maiden (listen to “Aces High”, which this mimics a little). I live in the U.K. but hadn’t heard of the band when they toured …. And I was actually in the US for most of it as it turns out. But if they announce a gig, And I can get a ticket (I’m in the Japanese fan club, hoping it will help) then wherever it is, whatever country, if I can get there, I’m going. Seriously.
Don't Bite the Dust! They play that song in every big concert, and every member of Lovebites looks so happy to play the song. They really enjoy themselves with playing it. You must come to Japan instead of wishing them to come to the States.

This song kicks all kinds of ass! Maiden hasn't even released anything this great in YEARS. I actually stopped listening to Maiden a long time ago. The last Maiden cd I bought was "Fear of the Dark". Now I have LOVEBITES! Wolfpack for life!
Well, it's hard to maintain the quality Iron Maiden did for the 1st 7 albums.let's see if lovebites can do that. Artists are usually in their songwriting up to their late twenties, then they have a noticeable decline. As brilliant as lovebites are, they have not produced album is brilliant As "somewhere in Time" yet.
@@Rowlph8888 To be fair, Maiden put out a lot of crappy stuff over the years. No band is perfect. Not even Symphony X. So far, Lovebites is knocking it out of the park. Granted, they have some help with the songwriting, but i'm okay with that. At the end of the day, they still have to get up on stage and play this stuff! Their live shows are amazing.

Asami took ballet in the United States she was in several different plays one of them was a swan I forget the name of it but I think that's why they did swan song you can tell she's done stage performance when she does frozen serenade really pretty fantastic bunch of girls all of them play the piano miyako is the tall one 5 ft 2 in HARUNA she's 4 ft 9 in sounds like a freight train coming hahaha really something I love all these girls I heard Midori is like Jimi Hendrix she doesn't read music she knows exactly what to play no one has to tell her hahaha pretty good huh, love y'all your fantastic

I find a lot of their songs are a hit or miss, some like this one, when verses corporate well with music it went soo well, my favorite probably *Wind of Transylvania* , but I can't stand something like *Nameless Warrior* - almost every verse are forced to put together, forced to sing while the words choice complete go wrong, their verse incorporate with how their music going

But you can understand that the way they force to put the lyrics, the words down their throat while singing that song make the verses sound terrible - because the choice of words, those words don't sound good with the way their rhythm going, it feel very strained
Come on, they are writing in English. Miho is so brave to come out with the vision for this band.most of what they do is Spectacularly good. The lyrics are obviously going to be poor in some songs, as it's not their 1st language Now that she's gone, i hope that the other group members continue the bass driven, twin guitar feed off Iron Maiden structure, because that is what has made them so successful.I have a horrible feelling, that with a standing bassist, with less conviction, the ban will become more progressive and self-indulgent, they will lose the essential quality listening experience and lose a lot of fands as result Amongst Professional artists, level of progressiveness, is a "choice", not a capability. Iron Maiden could have written music like dream theatre, if they wanted, but they chose not to because it's less of a quality listening experience, more self-indulgent and there is far less of a market for it
