Maybe I'm being too sensitive but if a teacher does things to child to the extent that the child wants to hide everytime they have a lesson, I think as a parent you should investigate...this type of thing is a cause for concern

No wonder Sib ended up being in love with Gene growing up, he was always lonely as a kid, with no one to protect him, and not even his parents would listen to him, so Gene always held a special role in his life, he was the first person to be there for Sib. That’s actually very sweet, I feel sorry that little Sib went through hardships in such a young age, I’m glad he met someone like Gene.

I can see how that would be surprising and I’d be too if I didn’t experience this exact same thing as a child! When I was like 4 or 5 I had a real good friend that lived in my apartments.....I don’t remember her exact age but I’m pretty sure she was almost in her teens (I wanna say about 11 or 12) and I lovvveeed hanging out with her!!! She was soo cool I remember she would always buy me candy from the candy lady and I would run to her apartment on the weekends and ask her to push me on the swings in our play ground! She was like a really cool older sister to me, I have great memories of her lol sadly I don’t know her name I just remember I use to call her Flipper ( I have no idea why lol) but yeah anyway friendships between children with big age gaps can happen 😁😁😁!!

It started differently from other bls in the beginning, calling out the bl community, and it was really promising; however, after some episodes it reverted back to common themes in a lot of bl dramas. Nonetheless, it's still great because the actors do such a great job at bringing the story to life. It's also refreshing to see Kao act in a role that is the opposite of his previous character form UWMA, and I love Gene's actor, he's great.

Okay so when Nubsib's mother said that they are of same age, that was actually a translation mistake. It is established from the 1st episode that they have a 5-6 years age gap. Gene is already 26 and Nubsib is still in uni.

The thing is when one sibling is getting scolded or beaten the others don't just jump in. Gene isn't a member of that family but this isn't the first and wasn't going to be the last time nubsib or his brothers would be punished and you just really can't do anything other than wait till everyone calms down anything else would probably make your parents even mad😅

@@deaddumplings5565 I don't know what siblings you have, but my siblings and I always jump in to save each others asses whenever we are getting wrongfully scolded by our parents. In this case, Gene probably thought it was his fault that Sib got in trouble because Gene invited Sib to play with him, so he defended Sib.

Not sure where you grew up but in my neighbourhood, we were all friends with each others older and younger siblings. The annoying younger ones were teased non stop. Now all of them are bigger and taller than me lol. Good times.

Yeah they were only friends at that stage thats why it makes me uncomfortable when people say they fell in love back then because thats not true at all Gene and Nubsib fell in love as adults. If anything Sib was infatuated with Gene and looked up to up and it then turned into more as they grew older

I am not sure what your point is? But it is just a movie/drama and he is only doing age-appropriate stuff. Just like how you have child actors act in horror, teen movies etc but they won't even be able to watch the whole movie till they are adults.
