I’m late to the party but this so classy. Somewhere in my “stash of stuff” I have some “ready to be adorned” hair clasp. This design would work wonderfully as a hair adornment. Matching earrings would just be perfect.
Love, love love this bracelet! The second I saw the opening picture, I knew I had to make it. I started the bracelet last night and finished it this morning. Your instructions were great as usual. I love your designs and your excellent tutorials. Thank you for sharing your talents with us.
Oooohh .. I love this!! I've got stacks of 8/0's in every imaginable colour that I bought when I first started beading, not knowing what a beader would actually use them for, and I didn't use them for anything! ... But lately I've been using them in lots of projects, as well as lots of other seed beads in every color, size, and shape .. I've come along in creative beading leaps and bounds in the past few months from watching you work and then just playing with the designs and tweaking them to suit my extensive stash, trying out different combinations to see what works and what doesn't. I can't thank you enough - you're a fabulous teacher!!
Thank you so much Elizabeth 🌻🙏😊 I’m so glad the videos are helpful to you! I think the 8/0 should be used more often. It’s very versatile and works up quickly! I just ordered a ton of Picasso finish 8/0’s. They’re beautiful 🌞 Enjoy your beading and creating!
Bronzepony Beaded Jewelry Wow, Stephanie .. thanks sooooo much for your encouragement!! Alk week I've made some really beautiful combinations in this design already! I think my favorites are the 8/0's, but one is in 2mm faceted Natural Amethyst & 2mm faceted Natural Pyrite beads ... OMG .. Sooooooo pretty!! I also tried it in 11/0 Delicas for a much more delicate bracelet .. I'll put a stack of these away for Xmas gifts .. I also make my own boxes and gift cards for the complete handcrafted look .. so cute! Thanks again for teaching me SO MUCH : )
I haven't even watched it all but i am so pleased that yet again, there is use for the 8/0 seed beads... i love that your projects allow us to make use of other sizes - you are too good!
I like to do pillow or spirals with 8/0 but this can be done with 15/0 to 8/0 I tried a 6/0 but it wasn't pretty as the 11. there is also magic carpet bracelet that uses 8/0
BEAUTIFUL! I can't wait to give this a try. Your instructions are so easy to follow and your video was kept in frame so that I can follow along. GREAT tutorial! Thank you for sharing.
Tq for tutorial, I'm beginning and manage to make a lover's knot bracelet using 8mm size beads and nymo thread n size 12 needles ... loving it . Tomorrow I'm making another one ... Tq
LOVE THIS! I'm trying to keep up with your designs --making them. . . . they are unending and I love it!!! You have some amazing great ideas for jewelry making! Keep them coming.
Love love love this bracelet . Ive made 4!!!! Still need to put the clasps on them. Thank you!!! Don't want to be pushy, but hope your going to make the necklace addition soon. You've got me addicted Stephanie!!
Again...such excellent camera work! And easy to follow you. When you showed how you add thread was such a nice little nugget. I go overboard with the introduction of a new thread, and you made me feel real comfortable to do it like yuou did. I love this bracelet and almost done with mine and it turned out beautiful!
I am a complete newbie, as green as they come but when I watch your videos I feel like I can make anything you teach. You are a fantastic teacher. You are very explicit so us newbies can understand it easily Plus you make it fun. I love listening to you. I feel like you are my best friend even though we never met!!! That's how comfortable I feel watching your videos so now I need to go sub to your channel and learn lots of my new beading craft. {{{{{{hugs}}}}}}

Great Tutorial!!!!!! You are a fantastic instructor. Your camera work is excellent as well; very easy to see and follow. Love, love love this bracelet. More please.
This is so gorgeous. I love it!!! Going to try to make it. I will love to try the druk beads. Also where did you bought the claps there beautiful. Is there a link? Thank you always for sharing your knowledge and helping us to lern. God bless you.
Very pretty. TFS! I'll be trying with 8/0. My wrist is a bit bigger than yours. I need the larger size beads so as not to dwarf the jewelry on my wrist.
Hi Steff. Love the double knot in the center. I guess it makes me feel balanced lol.I enjoyed art in high school a+ student :) I guess my ways have stayed the same lolI tend to see everything centered lol. So I think I will center on doing this bracelet (Giggle)
Strips all made and both two short lol I was just enjoying the thin herringbone stitch. I could probably fuse together at the end where they attach . :) Being sick all last year and most this year I've not finished but 3 items . I use to get like 4 pieces of anything done lol. Well finishing it up lol. Oh I'm a advanced beader :0 I thought I was :)
Am I wrong when I says this can be made of SO many different beads & sizes? Anything from seed beads, (even bigger ones like 6/0s) to pearls, firepolish.. any round bead 😀 How can you NOT bend the needle? I've been beading a few years, but in some projects, it's kind off impossible not to bend the needle? Esp a size 12 or 13 needle. And the projects that kills most neddles for me is, embellising tubular peyote, when you have the delicas thightened around a pearl or rivoli & you need to go in & out off the delicas in such angles.. I think all of my broken needles is from this kind off work.. I would be really grateful, if you (or anyone else) had any tips for how to avoid bending & busting the needle in cirkular peyote emb?! 😁😀
Love your work!!! Please share where you buy your great beads a d drums and esp your clasps! I really enjoy your calm voice and you are a great teacher!!! Blessings,Grace in Vt 💙💜💗
Hi. I'm learning a few of your projects. I'm still rather new to bead weaving...for a few years I've been stringing gemstones but now I prefer this! May I ask whether you have a background in art? Just for inspiration sake...!😊
I'm so glad you have found the wonderful and very creative art of bead weaving. It's addictive 🌸😀 I have a background in Commercial Art and Psychology.
Awesome design, Gina! You are so gifted. If we make this to sell, what would you charged? I still haven't understood how to sell these designs. Thank you for the excitement you cause when I see a design like this. I'll be doing the ring next.
Hi, can you make these beautiful bracelets but using lobster claw clasp or toggle clasp, I have those. If you don't want to make the whole bracelet which I understand, can you make a Barbie bracelet ..... I would appreciate it soooo much, there might be others who only have toggle or lobster clasp "PLEASE" much THANKS!!
about how many beads would you use with 2/0 seed beads for a 6.5 wrist? Is there a difference between 2/0 seed beads and Druk beads? Never heard of Druk beads.
On the video I tell you how to measure for an approximate fit. It’s easier for you to watch that section than to explain it here🙏🌻😊 Start at time stamp 4:30
I loveeeee Game of Thrones!! I own all 7 seasons!!! My 8/0's look NOTHING like mine. Where do you purchase your 8/0's please??? I'm constantly digging garbage out and yet still none of them are truly Toho's :(
Hi Stephanie. I took my time getting the exact materials that you have and ordered from Beadaholique and I've tried three times to do the ends before the toggle and the beads keep breaking. I am so upset over the cost and then I have a beautiful bracelet and I can't finish because they break. Now if I try again and it breaks, it would have all be in vain. I'm just wondering what I'm doing wrong. :(
+Megan Flowers I’m sorry to hear you are having trouble with your bracelet ends Megan. Message me a picture to Bronzepony Facebook page and I’ll take a look. The closure isn’t a toggle in the video - it’s a Filagree box clasp if I remember correctly. I’m sure we can figure out how to get it to work for you. 🌻😃
+Terry Nicholson On the video, I think I tell you to adjust the length before you sew it up. At the stage when your pieces are done and you’ve tied it in to a knot. Adding beads when it’s sewn up is possible . You could add a longer clasp or bead something at the ends to extend it.
dawn clements Yes 4 x 90 will give you the approximate size. The links to the websites that carry the clasp are in the description box under the video 🌻
