I got the kit two months earlier than it suppose to Come and the mosaic button is a big hit .. however Iam not happy with the buckle toy as my son tries to remove the car seat Buckle . Great review as usual !!
Oh learning to unbuckle car seat is a double edge sword. However it is good for their hand and finger strength. We just have to let them know they shouldn’t unbuckle it while the car is running.
I really like the mosaic button board especially, it looks really sweet. I was gutted when they removed Little Quinn, especially as we won't be getting the box with Avery in, but I bet I could find something similar elsewhere
You might want to check Etsy for something like Avery. I couldn’t find anything on Amazon. I do like the older Avery better than the new dolls they include.
AGREE about the cards for the button board. My son tore them in half the first day. Luckily I was able to order a replacement set through Lovevery's customer service!
Thanks for another great review. My son received his Companion play kit last week. Originally I was underwhelmed however my son is really enjoying the animals and the felt stars and tweezers. I purchased the stacking cups from the subscriber shop and he’s also been enjoying playing with them in his water table. I would agree that the take along box could be skipped. The dollar spot at Target has a good alternative for the box it also comes with animal stickers. I believe it was $3, it’s not as “heavy” as Lovevery’s box so I’m not sure how durable it actually is.
Target’s dollar spot is great for cheap finds! It’s always the highlight of my Target trips. For $3 even if it’s not as durable you could buy 6 for the price 😅
Thanks for another great review. My kid actually likes many of the new items as well. Infact we just recently rotated our the green and yellow sticks and peg board because they played with it so often. I did buy the 2 piece puzzle and box and just recently introduced because I was afraid it would break since they are thing and resemble most puzzles pieces in thickness. Anyhow, the box that they come in has a magnetic seal which my kid really like to open and shut. But I'm sure this type of box could be purchased elsewhere. Congrats on the new baby. We are also expecting. We didn't start Lovevery until the 9 to 10 box. Im not sure if we should get a second subscription for the new baby to run from 0 to 8 months. What are your thoughts?
what a great review my daughter so far has liked the kit ... just wondering how do you store your toys he doesnt play with ? do you keep the lovevery boxes in hoping to sell some of the toys after your done with babies ?
I store them in a big clear rectangular box with lid. I’m saving the items for my 2nd child. I didn’t save any of the boxes but that would help with resell value. It was easier to keep them in clear boxes to see what’s in them.
For $15, how could they have removed the great drip drop cups smh my son hasn't loved this kit. The large puzzle he can only line up female to female sides lol he got bored with the wooden posts almost immediately

Hi Kevin! I hope is all well with the growing family. Do you happen to have links for the die cast trucks? I’m having a hard time finding them on Amazon and they usually come part plastic
I generally just search die cast metal toy cats on Amazon for them. Each of the ones I have are individual, but I find that the wheels generally are made of plastic so those are the thing to break first. You can also check Hobby Lobby for them although they’re a bit more pricey.
There was an amazing Black Friday sale that sold several of the removed items including Quinn and the travel box as well as other items that was a steal. This box does looks pretty great. I’m excited for the posting stand and button board ! Thanks for the great review !!
I don’t know if I have a favorite box since each has some items I like in them. With that said The Helper has quite a bit of nice items my son enjoys playing with.

We have had this play kit for 3 months and similarly our little one has enjoyed all the items except that she hasn’t shown much interest in using the tweezer with the felt stars. Would love to know which items from this playkit your son continues to enjoy at 26 months. My little seems to outgrow some of them or maybe she will become interested again after we rotate the toys.
He actually plays with many of the items still. He likes the mosaic board, buckle pillow, and animal matching quite a bit at 28 months. I do rotate them out and back in every now and then.
where did you get that Mail Truck and little school bus? Did you post link to Carry Along Kit alternative and two-piece puzzle alternative? The 2-piece puzzle was unavailable for me, too. But i don't have 2 piece puzzles yet.
