Such a pleasant surprise here I sat with my morning coffee 🤩 A beautiful and not very hard walk. We walked there in June 2023 in quite hot weather. And thank you again for your lovely comment on my video from there 🥰 Benches are totally unpredictable. I have many times needed a rest and surrendered to sitting uncomfortably on a stone or on the ground after looking in vain for benches. And then after the next turn - a bench... 😊 Looking forward to watching your next sections. Always interesting and good videos. Thank you for sharing 😊
Super nic e walk Simon. The only thing with you two doing a cruise is that there simply won't be enough deck doe you to walk on. Ha ha! All the best. Mark
Cruising is destructive to the environment and a terrible thing to do. Worse than flying! Using public transport is a lovely thing to see on a hiking channel. Well done! Those old ww2 batteries are everywhere. I grew up playing in them in the Irish Sea. How Mr H was supposed to get there to invade always puzzled me!
Definitely go back to St Mawes. We did exactly that (as you suggest Elaine that you might do at a later date - in the video) on a rest day. We took a return boat from Falmouth and walked to the church St Just in Roseland on a short circular walk. The setting of this church was quite beautiful, it took us by complete surprise. As always, another enjoyable video.
