Thank you! This is the perfect time to move when home prices are low compared to what they will be in the future. Palmera Ridge is zoned for Leander ISD. Elem: Pleasant Hill Middle: Knox Wiley High: Glenn Leander ISD is a growing school district due to the influx of people moving to Leander. There are a great number of 8/10+ rated schools in all grade levels here.

The school districts may vary but in terms of North Austin, you’re looking at pretty good schooling

The tax here is 2.92% 2021

@@NithinThomas oh my goodness 😭 On a $600k purchase that would be $17,400! Can I ask what the 65 and over tax exemption might save me?

@@nellieevans2054 This is great question. You should get the $25k homestead exemption and the $10k 65 and older exemption as well. Then for a $600k house the tax would be applied to I think around $565k.
