I hope so right now am suffering with alot of pain through my back am truly suffering alot my period can stay even five months without coming right now my stomach one side is paining me very bad
I had chronic low back for years until I filed for divorce and got my locks changed the pain went intantly,it comes and goes now depending on who I'm around
Don't make my mistake i ignore it in my 20s now it's in my 30s and it's much worse ,the pain stops my movement, join a swimming pool strengthening your back muscles so they can handle the pressure instead of the vertebraes
1- Take an X-Ray image to make sure it's not caused by a bone or disc issue 2- Bring your weight down by running 3- Avoid stress as much as you can 4- Do NOT drink a drop of alcohol 5- Change your mattress 6- Make sure your bed room is NOT wet 7- Keep warm 8- Consult with a physician and ask if you can take Magnesium supplements
My husband had that same problem the only x-ray can see that is mri found borne tp in his back and started tp treatment for a year now he is moving but before we were using ambulance, he was not sitting. I thank God who using doctors 🙏
I'm only 19 but I've had this feeling since I was 16. I was physically fit back then, basically a twig with muscles. But atm I can feel the pain more, I never complaine before but now it hurts.
Same thing is happening to me rn I am also 19 and I have ignored it until now. I am scared and hope it goes away like it always used too. I am also scared for my future and I hope I won’t get disability
Same thing I’m only 22 and I feel like I can’t even get a job because of it I always have had it since I was 8 I fell on my deck and hit my back really hard I wish there was something I could do
Ahhh this is really a good teaching I've experienced it for 5 years it's off and on but really disturbs me at times it feels like I should cry but I can't but atleast I've got this guidance I will try my best to do the above though I've done some of them and there is a little change
Wowed I am so glad I came across this so much to learn n understand..my husband have sever bad pain due to his lumber disc..lower back .thank you for sharing all this information n details..👍👍👍
I have a question for you doctor. How would you treat back pain in a patient who has Scheuermanns disease and very mild scoliosis. As far as I am aware a normal healthy spine is around 40 degrees. With Scheuermanns Disease anything over 50/55 degrees is manageable, 70/75 degrees is classed as severe and can be a danger to the patient and surgery is a high possibility, let's say the patient is beyond the danger zone and has a curve of 89.14 degrees, respiratory, mobility, digestive issues, missing 4 thoracic discs, 2 disc bulges L4/L5 S1/S2 radiculopathy in both sides, how would you treat a patient in this situation, and what advice would you give? In the UK there answer is Painkillers and Antidepressants in endless amounts.
so it is my hip flexors? i was told bout 3 years ago by my football coach, the reason i couldn’t get and depth when squatting was cause my hip flexors are destroyed, my back pain is lower back and i can feel the pain in my left leg, like buttocks area.
living with it is a nightmare. I have been experiencing it 7yrs from now. I have visited physicians and have MRI. But still I am not recovered from this hell like pain.
I have low back pain on the right side. It's at its worst when I get out of bed in the morning but gets better and more unnoticeable throughout the day. I've had it for about 2 weeks.
Sometimes the trick is to pretend to not knowing anything gained from such excellent videos like this when going to the physician instead giving detailed symptoms not misleading.
Man back pain sucks frfr I pray everyone that have it makes a speedy recovery that stuff is a major headache man...I've been suffering for 2 years lifting my dad up and moving him around before he passed away....man I don't wish that stuff on anyone it's constant pain❗️❗️❗️
Literally and mine can't come near to what u suffered. I've suffered everyday for past two months and it's not slowing down, I have no idea why or what might be the reason, I just hope this passes soon man
Thank you, your videos are very helpful. But I can't find what is wrong with my lumbar back. I hurt it in July lifting a mattress corner, not bad on the day, heavy feeling in lumbar, pain sitting and getting out of car, next day bit worse, next day in emergency for pain management, couldn't get away from pain, took 30 mins to get out of bed. I was in extreme pain on opioids for 10 days SR and IR... very bad waking in the mornings and a pulling pain down hamstring to the knee... not nerve pain.. eventually resolved after 8 weeks, first day back to work felt sharp pain again briefly, ache and leg pulling didn't resolve on rest, 1 month later morning pain again so off work. Morning pain was so bad woke me 4am and could not continue laying down, like my joint being pulled apart, dull deep pain that went on until January, had to work a bit as on leave without pay. On getting up that pain resolved on standing and left with ache, stiffness and tender, sometimes during the day mild but activity seemed to stir up with occasional tweaks, and continued sitting, standing and morning pain. Standing in one spot aggravated, sitting on hard chairs, massage from physio made it worse. A pain like a bruise to touch central left of sacrum at L5 or a bit lower. Took 3 months to resolve. I can do all the flexion extension movements, but if I stand and curl my tail bone up to arch my back rather than bending backwards it causes pain. Have not been able to lay flat on my back, putting a pillow for support under lordosis makes it worse, traction makes it worse... yet nothing on xray, MRI or CT... minor degeneration right facet, disc height good, minor disc bulge at L4 no nerve impingement... there seems to be no explanation. Morning pain stopped for 4 days in Feb but seemed worse on getting up and didn't ease much with walking about. Had physiology exercises to strengthen area in Feb and had bruise feeling all over left sacral area, tender to light touch, resolved in 10 days, but morning returned and has not resolved, its May now, not working, forced to resign, sitting and standing too much makes it worse, and now feel dull achy pressure over both sacral areas when walking. Leg pain to knee intermittent, seems to increas on activity/load. I can do activity, but afterwards am more sore. What has happened to my back? And how do I manage it as there is no evidence of anything wrong to know how to approach it. Is there another kind of test I can have? I hope you can do a video to explain this. Many many thanks. Pranams.
i read a book painfree 4 life it gave a simple stretch for backside of leg muscles. if the backside of the leg muscles is very short it causes a lot of lower back pain becase of the pull
Find the exact spot that is hurting you and push it over with your thumb keep pushing keep pushing keep pushing push it away from your nerve in your spine then find something solid to lay across like a pipe find that spot and lay your whole weight of your body across and force it off your nerve that’s the only thing that help me I hurt myself at 19 from trying to lift a boulder onto a wagon and felt the exact pain I’m 32 and six months ago that’s what I did it was dangerous maybe it was the only thing that I could do it stopped I slammed whatever it was on my nerves off of my nerves… Felt a huge pop and crunch my back pulsating for a few hours but I’ve been pain-free ever cents you’re probably put some thing on top of your nerve that’s resting on your nerve or pinching it you need to get it off of your nerve but be careful
I have disc protusion. L4 n L5 .it hurts a lot and leg pain too. Pregablin with nortrip helps for a while but after stopping pain starts again .I can't Lift weight neither do daily routine properly. What is the ultimate treatment?
i’m 18 and i have server back pain 24/7 everyday all day for about 3 years it keeps getting worse i used to be in the gym 5 days a week but it’s been a year and i can’t go bc it has gotten that bad i done everything to fix it but nothing for even a second of relief i’ve been to every doctor, blood work, PT, chiro, massages, cupping, stretches, mri, X-ray it’s getting depressing at this point
@@antonioj.castaneda7377 i’m not sure what the issue is all the doctors just said extreme tightness and inflammation if that would show up in a mri then most likely no
In February 2011, I sustained a back injury while lifting a heavy object without proper form. My back was bent rather than straight, and as I lifted, I felt a severe cramp-like sensation, causing me to collapse onto a nearby bed. Since then, I've been unable to fully rotate or bend laterally without encountering a knot or stiffness around the bottom of my thoracic spine. While watching a video, I began to suspect that a disc might have been overstretched. Could you provide any advice on this? Would performing back stretches, such as the cat-cow stretch and arching my back, be beneficial, or should I consult a doctor first? Thank you for your help.
My back lower spine hurts but In my back like at the top is straight but at the lower back it’s a s curved and is there any other way to get rid of it doctor ?
