Low calorie pretzel bites- low calorie pretzels 

Regular cinnamon sugar pretzel bites have nearly 500 calories.
Have these cinnamon sugar pretzels where each pretzel has only 11 calories, A serving, with 6 pretzels has 66 calories which I think is pretty decent.
The whole recipe has 230 calories 🌸
If you want to serve them with my chocolate sauce, it would add only 4 calories per tablespoon of chocolate sauce.

All purpose or whole wheat flour: 1/2 cup
Baking powder: 1/4 teaspoon
Low fat yogurt- 2-3 tablespoons (to knead a dough)
Zero calorie sugar: 4 tablespoons
Cinnamon powder: 1/2- 1 teaspoon
Brown sugar: 1 teaspoon (optional)
Water: 1/2 litre
Baking soda: 1/4 teaspoon
