Great video sister. As a vegetarian who does strength training I rely on tofu as it is a complete protein. I also take a plant based protein supplement post workout and consume fat free Greek yogurt which is a great source of complete protein as well. If anyone wants to make Greek yogurt, it is nothing but strained yogurt without the liquid which has the sugars or carbs.
On a regular basis I've a bowl of salad with cucumber, carrot, raw mango & boiled peanuts for dinner. Can I take that as a meal? Can we have ABC juice, gooseberry juice during this diet ?
