11 people per square mile. Aroostook County not quite the same setting as an hour out of Boston traffic. I 95 gets the traffic..not us 2a anymore. Remember Dick Curliss song Tombstone Every Mile? 😊

One of those buildings could be rented as an Airbnb while you live in the other building. I'd even convert that little log cabin into a living space. The nearest Airbnb's are priced between $112 and $225 per night. Priced at $99 per night, it should stay rented most of the year.

The Palmer Boys in Linneus put in the dug private well. They could install a low cost leachfield, set the concrete tank for indoor plumbing. 😄

The map on the website will show lines... you have 215.21' frontage, the lot goes back an average of 450.39' deep, 219.50' across the back. Surveyed lot, you have plenty of room for the four camps, all the friends and family you invite up for cook outs, trail rides, lake fishing nearby. Way cheaper than a motel room and you can rent out when you are not using. Get calls for a place like this that is simple and affordable. Same people, hunters, fishermen, snowsledders and hikers, bikers would rent it out every year same week vacation.
