thank you for tuning in and listening and I hope you enjoy it , played on a 1958 black beauty reissued Joe Bonamassa Epiphone, had to place in my order with American Music years ago and it took a year or more before it arrived, came with a hard case that would probably
go for $100.00 or more. So glad Joe endorsed this model, giving his stamp of approval on it. I enjoy playing it so much, and with today's technology a musician doesn't need a backup band anymore they can just use their phone and pull up the music they want to play and play along with it by sending the songs they want to play to a blue tooth speaker PA system and that's what I do , I have hundreds of songs on a number of my phones and I just send them to a behringer PA system wirelessly and I instantly have a backup band that I can play along with, it's really a good setup . I go to +New Orleans Louisiana and play in the French Quarter from time to time , although because of the crime element this past year I haven't been over there I've been warned against it , it's so bad over there , it's one of the murder capitals of the world now , so sad because the French Quarter has some great eating places and it's a place of leisure that's very nostalgic. Hope you all enjoy the music I picked out to play along with. by the way if any of you are interested in purchasing one of these Joe Bonamassa 1959 reissue Epiphone Guitars I ordered it through American music and if you've got decent credit they will let you pay for it monthly , it's about $75 a month, till you pay it off close to , I think $1,000, I don't remember exactly how much it costed me but I don't think it was over $1,000.00, and to assure you that is a deal, about 21 years ago I purchased a Les Paul Gibson guitar with 3 pickups, here in the USA, it costed me $2,500.00, now, for a little background knowledge on Epiphone :Gibson that puts out guitars in the United States , they own Epiphone , they started the company years ago and hired people overseas that they could use and pay much less money to make the guitars so they could still sell guitars the same model's under a different name, the name of Epiphone , they wanted to be able to market guitars to people who couldn't afford the Gibson brand name ,pretty genius I think to do that , they get cheaper labor over there and they're able to sell you the same guitar model under the name of Epiphone , it's made of the same wood, it looks like the same pickups and everything , they could just sell it much more cheaper by hiring people overseas, their factory is overseas that puts out epiphone , unless they moved it to the United States and I don't think they did or ever will because then Epiphone would not be a cheaper guitar, so when you buy an epiphone you are really getting a gibson that's just got a different name on it and they're really good guitars. with American Music you only need to give them your first payment of $75 on a guitar like this, and then you have to wait for them to have it sent to them by way of special order unless they've got some on hand, it might have been a guitar that they only put out that one year I don't know for sure but you won't have to make any more payments till they get the guitar you ordered and it gets to you, but you do have to send in your first payment of $75, and that's if you got decent credit of course. and if you pay the guitar off successfully they will send you text messages day after day week after week offering you deals on their other music equipment without a credit check. the only reason why I'm telling you all this is because I know there are some out there that would like a better guitar but they don't have that much cash on hand so this is the way that you could possibly get the guitar that you want and pay for it on time. I usually play on the clear setting on my amp, Mike Bloomfield played his les Paul on clear setting, (without distortion), when he played (Albert's Shuffle), check that blues song out, that one song he played inspired many blues guitarist in his day and age, to want that style and sound. If any of you like this tone, email me, and I will be glad to share my amp settings with you, I always turn amp up all the way, then control volume from my guitar, on guitar volume is usually on about 2 only, its only when you play live out in public that you really crank it up. The louder you crank it up, you start to get a crunch sound, to each their own, you know what you like, so whatever sharpens your knife, God Bless.
