Low-Dye Taping for Heel & Arch Pain 

Here's a video demonstrating a simple "low-dye taping" which will support and offload the arch/heel in patients with plantar fasciitis ✔️
This taping can be left in place for 4-5 days🦵✊
Note: Rigid sports taping is preferred, however ensure that you do not have any taping allergies prior to application.
