Am a third class Graduate of Political Science and want to go to Grad school I have some work experience in the area of Social work and am preparing for my GRE and TOEFL and i pray i score high mark. Am applying for Gerontology or Human Development and family Studies but I dont know how to choose which one is more better for the international student around there

There is a huge market for older adult care in the US. So, I will tilt towards gerontology. That was Christianah's major during her Master's and she is doing well in the field now.

Based on my digging, i don see Polytechnic to MSc and the person proceeded to PhD...One story go soon come out sef from Polytechnic to PhD. Note say I talk am here first even though na classified info 🙂. I love ❤ these inspiring stories. Note say some of these stories dem nor dey dey straightforward like that o. You need people with capacity, means, and willingness to help you, and the smartness too. Nice story...Nice one Dr for the angle u don take your YT to. I graduated with a 2.45cgpa and that's a 2.2 from Federal Univeraaity of tech Bauchi and a 6 years experience in Logistics and data analysis in humanitarian NGO...I intend funding myself is there a chance for admission in the US...

I am little confused about Nigeria hnd and Ghana hnd. I am from Ghana and I have completed hnd in civil engineering and it took me 3years to complete this program but unlike Nigeria you guys were talking about 5years and six years to complete hnd....can I use my 3years hnd to apply for school outside???

Please ma, Help me I will be finishing at Obafemi Awolowo University. Course- industrial chemistry. With a third class. The problem is due to my mistake in years 1 and 2, I was so clueless and not self-aware. I should have known that, we are to read as if we want to die. The summary now is I want to study pharmacy in the USA. How do I go about that? I dont want to use my third class result, I just want to study nursing or pharmacy in the USA. Please ma, how can I get a school in USA. Direct me please, I dont have any agent.

Hi. I'm not clear on what you need. The summary of the steps you need (for grad school purposes) were described in the video. The next big step you need (for grad school) is to enroll in a post-graduate diploma and EXCEL. If you are referring to studying nursing or pharmacy as an undergrad all over again in the U.S, I am not sure of the steps as we focus on grad school on this platform. Cheers!

I tried applying for Top Up Degrees Program but their are no scholarships..Kindly advise

Hi Joseph. Why do you think you need a Top-up degree? If you have a decent GPA from your diploma, you may do a WES evaluation of your degree/transcript and use that for an MS application. You may start by doing an estimate with their free GPA converter (applications.wes.org/igpa-calculator/).

To be honest, It may be a little tough for Canada. You can talk to those that are based in Canada for your options. We deal with U.S opportunities on this channel

If you don't play ball with these lectures sometimes you might end up with 3rd class like me no matter how brilliant or smart you are. But it's life.. Move on. Don't let your 3rd class define you. A lot of people with 1st class out here are still struggling badly if that's any consolation 😂
