Thanks for ur ever going energy and enthusiasm ....I tried 10000 steps along with 10000 steps + abs workout together ...I couldn't believe that u made me do that great workout ...totally 6500 steps in 52 min...maximum heart rate 142 BPM..feels simple to look ..but it's actually legs and arms on fire ....coninue to spread ur energy
Thank you Joanna for your energy. I started workout again after years because of your workout and knowledge videos. I started with 72,8 kg, and waist 93 cm on January 2021, and today 2nd of March 2021 I reach 69,1 kg and waist 84 cm. My energy level for working also increasing a lot. I mixing up your workout, and do that almost everyday, but my diet is not really changing. Fortunately, I'm Indonesian, so herbs and spices is a must in my cook. Rice, vegetable, and protein on balance portion also our daily basis diet since I was child. So, I thought no need to really change my diet just more and more Joanna's workout. Keep it your great work Joanna. Thank you so much. You're amazing!
Excellent! Many people cannot run , due to pathologies, such as Vertiginous Syndrom, cannot even jump without feeling dizzy and vomishing, so thank s a lot for your work . I speak for all those who were once athletes, like myself, and now have a chronic disease and cannot be runners anymore. God bless.

Thanks a lot for this workout ! It’s just what I need : not too difficult (otherwise you don’t continue) but not to easy as well (I’m sweating 😀). I did the 10.000 steps challenge yesterday and it was also great 👍 I like the fact that you switch from exercise after x seconds so it’s not boring. Woow woow! This is super cool I've never enjoyed working out but this one and the 10000 miles???? I've enjoyed them and I want to alternate them one in the morning and another one in the evening am going to do this like forever not even a month forever 😂😂😂 thank you soo much I used to strain alot doing your other workouts until I hated working out but this one gives me hope again!
This is so good. So easy to see when you're not starting to do it yet But in second round, ohlalaaaaa, Sweat is real and running out of breath. Im on my 5th day today. Looking forward for some other easy sweaty workouts!♥♥♥
