So let me see if I have this right your selling a 40 plus year old trailer with added on rooms that has been modified into a semi permanent structure but you have to rent the lot it sets on? What legal protections do the people who buy/rent have that guarantees you won’t ever have to move? Let’s say I buy this dwelling. What am I suppose to do if you “assuming your the owner” sell the park and the new owner wants to build a sub division? All I own is a 40 year old trailer that I have to excavate from all the add ons and pay to have moved to either another park or land I have to buy. Some places won’t let you legally move a trailer that old. This happend at a trailer park in Hartville SC. Some of those residents had been living in that park for 20 years. The owner of the park sold out and did not tell the people renting lot spaces that they may have to move their mobile homes. They were still paying rent when they got notices to evict. If you are going to by a trailer your better off having your own land.
That's what the old trailer home bedrooms looked like, where the washer is. lol I am impressed with the storage and the two bathrooms. This home must have been one of the more expensive homes when it was new. Most home of this size didn't have all this.
This is a nice little place and can be made into some cozy living ..but i really would have a problem with all of those windows and other neighbors living that close to me ...i really love that car garage.
@@veevee111 give or take on thevincrease. Only reason they come up for sale is usually people passing away. HOA fees are all like this wether you are in a trailer modular condo or co op. 120 increase a year is cheap. The taxes on my house in NY are 15 000 a year and many years they go up 200 or 300. The fees pay for your pool and in many communities your garbage and sometimes water and sewage. My monthly nut including my electric and cable comes to 830 a month. Thats running a/c or heat 24 /7
I WOULD DECORATE THE WINDOWS SO BEAUTIFUL WHY DO THEY US CHEAP LOOKING CURTAINS.. I HATE CARPET BUT WE HAVE TO LIVE WITH IT IN CONDO. THE MICRO WAVE GOOD OR TOO OLD WHERE IT HAS TO BE REPLACED. YOU CAN
