I’ve been down to Florida and looked at park models. Not much space in them but it’s only thing I need. Smaller is cheaper to heat and A/C. That’s about the going price and yes lot rent is cheaper there but you got to watch that. Some parks say 450+ but after a couple months lot rent goes up. The only problem with this one is no driveway. Why would I want to buy a place for that price and not have a concrete driveway. I don’t want to walk in the sand after it rains and get in the house or my car. I like the Florida room and love the screened in patio.
I moved to this park in January 2022. The lot rent goes up 6% each year. I live up the street. My rent is $465. I am a year round tenant. From April to October it's dead. The snowbirds come and the park fills back up. There's always at least one or two snowbirds that likes to complain about something stupid.

@@wolfwarrior3454 park allows small dogs and cats. You have to provide the breed and vaccine paperwork during the approval process. I currently have a little Maltese. Everyone picks up the poop. I know because I like to walk barefoot so I can judge how hot the pavement is for my dog
