Finding good angles for a low pull makes me happy on the inside!
Try using the decline hammer press to do single arm rows. If you're not quite as tall as me, grab a step or plyo box to give you a better angle & start rowing!
The goal with a low pull like shown here is to really engage the big part of the traps that often get missed with your normal rows. So focus on really driving that elbow back, while keeping a good arch in your thoracic spine
