Stop saying people are doing things on wake up from a moving neutral position. in order to wake up you have to first raise from a grounded position and immediately attack. A wake up doesn’t mean because it’s the first move some one does AFTER they wake up that it’s on wake up. if it isn’t immediately after standing from grounded position (waking up), than it’s just an attack from Neutral. you’d figure a dude playing since 3rd strike would know what a wake up attack is.
