MAN I'm sayin. I thought until this very day that the item system simply would not allow you to be that far behind. My chick plays mario kart for the sole purpose of looking at all the cool stuff hidden in the levels and items will have her finishing 7th 8th overall not even trying. Like she will be in 11th or 12th place and get a lucky bullet or lightning right at the end and she will jump up to 4th or 5th place automatically. That means ltg is SO bad, he isn't even close enough that bullets and stars and lightening can help him. EVERYONE was lapping him.

As if combos actually mean anything. Sure it shows your skill at the game but in the end the game doesn’t force you to combo, if anything keeping a combo going will start to do less damage.

The saddest part about Dale playing MK1 is that by trying to brute force a zoner playstyle (because that's all he's known how to do since SF2), he's shooting himself in the foot. While he does a measly 50-90 damage per projectile or slide, he gets rushed down and 3-4 touched. Like as soon as someone like Cage gets in, it's gg since he has no idea what to do since zoning isn't an option anymore.

I know we're here to clown his MK matches, but the Mario Kart clips were embarrassing. He did nothing right in those clips: Can't drive, yet picks bikes... bounces off walls, doesn't know how to use the drift, and builds a slow-moving kart. You can literally see him take half a second to react to everything. The cherry is how he sits there and whines, like he expects a Top 3 finish every time.
