I simply turn off WiFi and use mobile data. It’s not ‘good’ when it’s over 100ms but at least won’t lag

@@YBH_YT yes you can definitely download on your phone. If you change your country in App Store to Hong Kong, Indonesia, Thailand etc, you would be able to download the Asia/Global server. But not sure if there would be any issues if you want to top up.
