Love it, I have been diving with 0.5 to 2 feet visibility for the entire summer in Bridgeport CT, great for awareness and training.

+Eugene Van Ryneveld No worries, I enjoy diving, I'd be willing to bet there is some awesome diving where your at, I have to travel a ways to find water with good visibility.

Eugene, I got certified in South Florida, where the worst day I had 20 feet visibility at 75 feet…came up to Bridgeport CT, where in a good day, you may have 2 feet, and anything below 25 feet, it is NIGHT DARK…so no worries, after 3 dives you get used to it and want more…you actually become VERY GOOD and aware of yourself, so DO NOT BE AFRAID. Cheers

looks awesome but don't you guys get scared of sharks or what is swimming 2m next to you?

+Eugene Van Ryneveld Dive was in Lake Travis, no sharks to worry about. The largest fish I've seen in Lake Travis is cat fish which are usually just curious or looking for hand-outs.

Chris Atterton I think this is now in approx. 80 - 90 ft of water, I would definitely like to make a return trip to see it.

sheesh u call that bad visibility were I live u go 6 ft down and it's about as dark as it was when y'all were around 2:08 in the video how deep was that I wish I could afford scuba equipment most I would have to save up a long while just to buy one of those refillable handheld airtanks u can refill with a bike pump right now most I can dive is about 15 ft but currently I have eartubes in so I can only dive to the amazing depth of 1ft and when at 1ft I can't move fast without my ears hurting

Damn I love scuba diving but is that fun? Looks pretty awful unless you had to do it looking for a body or something

It's a lot of fun if that's the type of fun you're looking for. The video you see here isn't what scuba diving always is. You could go diving in places with 100m visibility and sea life all around if that's what you're interested in. Some people, including myself, enjoy this type of diving with low visibility and freezing cold waters as it proposes a challenge, especially if the dive objective is to find some sort of wreck or something like that. It all comes down to personal preference and scuba diving has such a wide variety of dive locations and environments that you're sure to find one that suits you.
