Low Vision Services at the UCI Health Gavin Herbert Eye Institute and Braille Institute 

UCI Health Gavin Herbert Eye Institute and the Braille Institute are partnering to bring you a special presentation on low vision services designed to help you maximize your remaining vision.
Nilima Tanna, Gavin Herbert Eye Institute’s low vision occupational therapist, will share information on the Low Vision services, including a special evaluation by our low vision optometrist and the individualized rehabilitation services she provides.
Katie Scheuring, Braille Institute’s low vision occupational therapist, will talk about the support they offer, including independent living skills classes, orientation and mobility training, technology classes and books on tape services available to help you learn new ways to continue your life’s activities.
