Low Water Trip to Upper Middle Fork, Part 2, 6-6-24 

Low Water Trip to Upper Middle Fork (aka "We Still Have to Get Back"), Part 2, 6-6-24. Returning from the most distant part of Upper Middle Fork that we could reach, having been stopped by a second fallen tree, but one we couldn't go under; we still have to go back under the first tree, and are hoping it hasn't settled lower. Today's level is 540.7', already getting pretty low and hazardous, with more and more fallen tree parts sticking up where we can hit them. Lots of singing birds, mostly clear skies, shallow water, a lot of leaves, and beautiful reflections.
