i'm gonna be doing this for the next 7 days and im gonna keep you all updated; (im also doing some other pilates workouts by Lilly so it burned a lot more its gonna be worth it) Day 1: It burned but i feel good and not seeing any results just yet. Day 2: Well this definitely burned more than yesterday but i still see no difference, i believe i need to improve my diet. like this to remind me and come back tomorrow for an update :)

Height: 67kg Lower abs: 96cm Upper abs: 84cm Day 1: it burned a little in the third exercise but it felt good at the end! It’s short and easy to follow❤️🩹 Like this to remind me to update🫶🏼
Doing this for 7 days to see if it works Day1: literally in pain, everything burns😭 I took a few seconds of break on almost every work out Day 2: complete!! 🥰 Day 3: complete!! Day 4: complete!! I only took 2 rest🤭 Day 5: complete!! 🤩 Day 6: complete!! I rested for two days btw Day 7: complete!! Honestly I don't see much difference but maybe bc I rested for two days😭 I'll continue doing this work out for another week!
Yessss I can’t wait for this challenge! I’ve really been prioritising pilates and strength at the moment rather than HIIT and my strength has improved so much and so fast! Thank you thank you thank you Lilly - I’m so excited to take my health and fitness to the next level!!
