Omg so I was listening to this for about 11 minutes and wasn't really feeling anything. Once I asked my angels to cut any cords in my root chakra that no longer served me I felt so much energy. I feel more grounded now than I have in a week wow.
I really worked through some emotional stuff while I was meditating on my chakras with this video. Just going back and thinking about times when I felt scared or bad about something, and then letting go of that negative feeling or that fear.

Wow... my chakras are spinning...I was taken on a short lil crash course around my relationship with money n security. The misconcwptions i thought i had...even my behviour patterns around it and lil syncronicities that has been happening over n over n over again finally revealed.
