It definitely doesn't taste like peas. It tastes like onions, cilantro and cumin in my opinion lol those strong flavors definitely cover the pea flavor :)

Looks great! If you swap out the tomato for red bell pepper (or just leave it out all together) could you add like 2oz avocado to get that flavor?
