My car is making a lot of squeaking noise in the front when I drive over bumps and drive ways. Do I need to replace the struts shocks or the springs like how your doing in this video.
Hey, when u lowered your car with the d2 springs, did you have to get a camber kit, did u have problems bottoming out the shocks and how was the tire wear, im interested in them but I just have some questions.
Gracias!!!
Nice! Corolla's look so much more aggressive and sporty when they're lowered. I just lowered my 2013 Corolla S with Ten S. Tech springs and I love the results. The wheel gap is so atrocious!! Lowering is a must.
What a huge difference Lowering Springs makes I was gonna get Coilovers but I can't afford a set right now so I'm getting Tein S Lowering springs I wanna get rid of that big 4x4 wheel gap since I plan to drive my Corolla all season my idea is to drive with Lowering springs during the winter December-April and when winter is over swap my springs out to BC Racing Coilovers, Extream Drop May-December this way my coilovers won't get ruined during the cold harsh winter season so basically Lowering Springs, in the winter and Coilovers, for the Spring, Summer, and Fall
Watched this video again, I so wanted to do this. Still saving some money for the springs. Wish you're my neighbor then the labor cost will be a little bit more affordable.
My TRD lowering springs came in today hopefully will install by the weekend. Still under warranty so keeping it safe but it should make my 2016 S look a lot better than stock. Nice vid bro👍🏼
Looks great... I already have tien street basis coilovers on my corolla... I just like watching your vids... the entire vid all I did really was look at your calipers the reflective vinyl looks awesome!!!... will be doing mine with the white reflective vinyl in the spring when it warms back up... 👍👍
Question: from your experience of lowering corollas is there a different in quality of spring/ manufacture. And also do most lower front and back? Any photos of just front lowered a side view? Oh I only want to lower front 1" - 1.5" so front end goes right over parking lot concrete blocks. Lol
man you do alot to your car! i really like it. I have a 2015 le myself and ive been trying to do some stuff to it, i soon am going to get aftermarket rims installed. also a good video idea would be, how to properly wash your car at a manual coin wash! thanks for all the great videos0
one question, i installed the black tint for the clear area of the taillights on my corolla but there is wrinkles, its been a few weeks, is there anyway i can remove it and reinstall
I see u didn't need to replace new shock or strut for the aftermarket spring right....is the aftermarket spring going impact the original shock or strut on car...??

Hi i am concerned about two things. 1.If there are 3 to 4 passengers at back will the rear fenders touches the wheels? 2.are these lowering springs stiff and harder than the original springs? Does the whole car shakes in bumps or broken roads?
Honestly bro putting 3 passengers in the back of a Corolla is a bad idea in the first place there ain’t no room 😂 but you should be fine unless there all 300+, and no matter what a car this low will shake on roads like that, if anything the springs are gonna help with that
I have the same car, did you have to get a camber kit, or is it already adjustable? Did you get alignment? And if not do you notice any wear on the inside of your tires?
Planning on lowering my stock 16 rolla on 17”s. Dont wanna go lower than 2”. Also is my daily driver, which set do you recomment and how low..also i dont want the back to sag...i carry lot of stuff in the trunk lol
Hi! Is the rear toe did not change after lowering the car? I just want to know because I can't see any adjustment part on the rear toe or did you use some parts to adjust it? Thanks!
Any tire rub after the drop? ever touch the bottom of the front grill over speed bumps or when parking straight in, ever nudge the parking stopper thing? Do you need to drive in diagonally entering really steep driveways?
Is it difficult driving with it so low? Do you have to drive slow over curbs or turn at an angle like I see people do? Do you freak out when you see a pothole with it that low?
That’s the low car life 😁 You can drive any speed but you have to be careful on potholes you don’t what to brake your wheels and yeah you have to drive on an angle on the driveway. But I still love the way it looks. Cool thanks 👍
Im thinking about buying this D2 racing springs tonight for my 14 Corolla S . Can you tell me how the car feels after lowering it? I assume you can feel the bumps on the road a little more but is it bad at all or the car feels almost regular?
Shine Graffix thanks for the info. I just bought this same exact springs. I have the stock 17’s rims but i had 1 inch spacer on each tire. Im hoping it dont scratch the boders since the tires stick out a bit
Excelente video me suscrivo, una pregunta yo tengo un toyota corolla del año 2017 cuatro puertas. Me gustaría ponerle esos resortes que instalaste xq bajaron muy bien, me regalas el link donde los compro?
Wow that tire is wide 😲 it depends on how close the tire is to the fender. Maybe the Trd spring will work better for you that are 1” drop. Are you using 9.5 wide wheels? Maybe if you had 215/40 18” x 9.5 wheels with stretched tires you can go like 2” lower. Thanks 👍
These coils seem pretty solid, but did it make the ride rough/and or stiff? I read a review about the ride not being so smooth after using the D2 coils for lowering
yes the spring are stiffer than the stock because the car is going to be lower and the spring will prevent the tires to hit the fenders. for me it's not that bad. I love the way the car looks with this springs. cool thanks 👍
I'm thinking in get the same brand, but I have a concern about it, my car is on 18s with 245/45 tires, so I don't know if they will fit fine with them, can you guide me please? Thanks bro
my front left wheel makes a very obnoxious grinding noise now i think it may have to do with the rotor or pad or something i am not sure. let me know if you have experienced this
I used reflective vinyl. This is the video: Brake Calipers Wrap Reflective Blue 2017 Corolla SE ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-0NWouf9K5b8.html thanks 👍
No problems, Still fills good after 1.5 years with the lowering springs, and the OEM struts are still working good too. If the last 3 years I will be happy. Thanks 👍
Te quedo chido. Si tienes tiempo te encargo una sugerencia quiero ponerle unos rines a mi toyota corolla 2012 thanks saludos desde dallas texas muy buenos. Videos. Los veo. Todos

I have the ones that came with the car 215/45 17 Bridgestone tires they are ok they don’t make any noise when they are rolling 👍 what wheel size are you going to get?
I installed mine about a week ago, I started noticing the driver side rear was about a finger gap lower than the rest of the car. Is this normal? Do I need to give it time for the springs to settle?
Shine gaffix after you put the lowering spring do u need to wheel alignment some people say we have too because it will not align can you please verify...thanks man
When you have a fully loaded car do you have wheel rub? I work out of my car so it’s always packed full of inventory. I’m worried 2.25 will be to much. I might try the 1.5
Hello sir, i just install today my D2 spring on my 2014 corolla, i have a problem on the front spring when you turn the wheels on front there’s noise sound of the 2 spring, i check everything if any lug nut are ng tighten, the sound like the spring are moving or something.
Make sure that the end of the coil spring is in the notch in the strut. Also check that the plastic inside the strut is not hitting the strut. Some times you will have to disassemble everything and put it back again to make sure it’s fine 👍
Condy Banal I called Toyota and they said the 18 make a noise when turning so that’s why they don’t even recommend installing the TRD ones and they wanted $500 for just the springs and $1,800 installed and all that’s crazy
Cres que puedo manejarlo así por unos días por que lo pienso desarmar y poner de nuevo que sería tu opinión y gracias los los videos la verdad valen la pena
