How come back in the day lowriders could actually be low to the ground but today most can't build a lowrider without the front at factory height? When gizmos Hop shop built my first Cadillac it laid frame and could still hop about 8-10" on two pumps 4 batteries. And now I'm doing another one and it appears today I only have two options either a full stack of springs and the front be factory height when dumped all the way out or half stacks and people swear a big body can't hop or lay and play very well on those springs. What happened in the last 20 years where the nose of the car has to be sky high or it has to look like one of those Carolina squatted trucks? why can't the car be low to the ground like it was in the early 2000s?
