Wow, Regal haven't seen one built in a while. Great work on restoring it back to it's glory days. Keep building maybe some how to video's on making glass for models. Just a thought. Thanks for the eye candy.✌

I picked up new servos (correct internals) and another 83 olds hurst kit in addition to the one I’m currently working on. If I sent you the second kit would do it up for me? I’ll pay whatever your price is for 3 wheel and hop? And send a kit for yourself. Appreciate your help yesterday btw.
Thanks! I cut it out of a plastic cover for an rc car. I use clear plastic like that from packages and you can also use screen protectors and blank cds with the reflective peeled off.

The jumper motor is only operating one way right ? Returns with the wheels landing and flicks back so on and so son right ? Trying to get my 64 dialed down odering servos here soon i should also order a johnson cose im currently using cheap motors for walmart toys 😂
Cheap motors are fine. This one has one. You pop it in opposite directions for each hop. Some I build can hop one direction but it depends on your motor and springs.
I leave enough slack for the rear end to bottom out on the frame. Too much and you'll be popping strings or binding them up. Ink pen springs will give you a soft bounce. I use stiff ones or go to the hardware store and buy an assortment of small springs with different tensions.
