It seems every effort to taking down the trolls only backfires. If he was one of those content creators that ignored the trolls, he would be fine. But also he has to clean up his tracks when he doxxes, is homophobic, racist etc

Dale keeps banging on about youtube TOS, but I'll bet that he's never even read it. Otherwise he would be aware that some of his action when he as on YT was against TOS. Nowhere does it say that you cannot upload transformed content of a banned youtuber. if it was a copy of his stream, without transformation, he might have a case, but he does not. The fact he doesnt realize that he can still use 'the Service' while he is banned, but it must be without an account.
