Hello! When using kitchen printers, the system auto-generates an order number that will be printed in the kitchen order and in the customer receipt. You can read more about the order number and how it will appear in the receipts here: loyverse.town/topic/5252-order-numbers/#comment-12727 . If you need a demo for this feature or have any other questions, feel free to contact us via Live chat.
Hello, plz help , my kitchen display system is not showing new order but its show test order only . Plz help . I want to know is there any setting i have to turn on
Hello! Loyverse POS treats kitchen displays as kitchen printers, therefore the Back Office configuration for a kitchen display is the same as for kitchen printers. In the Setting of your Back Office click the "Kitchen Printers" menu and create a printer group. Give the printer group a name. Tick item categories that should be included in this printer group and save your selection. Please refer to the Kitchen Display System Configuration Guide article in our Help Center - help.loyverse.com/help/kds-configuration#kdsconfig If you will have any questions, please write to our live support chat, we are always happy to help and available 24/7.
Hi, Loyverse team Please, speak a bit slower in the video :) It is difficult to catch what you say, because it is too much quick. But anyway, thank you for the video full setup!
Only the basic features are free but it is enough for running one small shop. If your business picks up and you need more features then you can pay for those more advanced features like for staff management, purchase order management etc
