In Bangalore villa price are inflated. People who took villas for 4 cr few years back are not able to sell it , as no one is interested to buy old buildings with old style with high price. Also with no choice they have to give these villas for rent for 40k to 60k as post covid the rents have fallen and many villas are empty without tenants. If u are living in the villa then it's fine. If for investment or few years and sell then it's a bad decision. new projects are selling plost at 60 lakhs for 1200 next to it, so people tend to buy villa plots for 1.5 cr and build ,than buying these old building for 6 cr .

surprising to see this, why this property is listed under Luxury property?. It's a narrow house, with no Windows, only front and back walls have it. Whether the cost of this property fixed reflects the value of this?
