Her voice carries a story with emotion and I think that's why she's so impacting how she takes you on this journey through the song it just pulls you in like you're experiencing the journey with her.....❤

Part of the reason I love LP so much is because her music is so transcendent in a way? It feels like I’m listening to true, raw artistry. A lot of music is really commercial, so when true artists like LP come around it does something to my soul. The lyrics are pure poetry, but I don’t even have to know the lyrics to be deeply moved.

I think we can all agree LP is a powerhouse of talent. ❤ I for one absolutely adore LP because this is a very unique individual that didn’t get caught in the music label machine which controls artists. You have admire that and I certainly do. Hope my comment made sense.

My dad passed right after this came out. Took a 2 week vacation to Hawaii and prolly listened to this song 50 times thinking about any relationship I ever had. It hits on a different level if you are in the mood.

Its not just singing, but expressing real and true emotion. Professional enough not to burst into tears. Brilliant. Love it.

I watched an interview where LP talked about her voice and taking voice lessons. She mentioned that she had to take voice lessons just to learn the control because she was just so loud. Her mother was a trained opera singer and LP did take lessons in that type of singing for a few years before moving on to other types.

There are only two people that break me down with their voice. One is LP the other is Andy Hull (Manchester Orchestra). They know how to cut a person with their songwriting abilities.

You know it's really cool at least I think it was really cool I was introduced to dimash SOS and then right after that I listen to lp's-lost-on-you for the first time. And this is at the tail end of 2017 or somewhere in the beginning of 18. And all I know is there was less than 1,000 likes or 100,000 listens to the lost on you and I thought it was an excellent song but I didn't suggest it to anybody because I didn't think they'd listen to me the next thing you know it's got like a billion views
