You don’t have to take a course to complete the SQE. You can self study and do the exam. As mentioned, you can apply for exemption from SQE 1 because you completed the LPC. So you only have to pay for SQE 2 exam costs
Annie, I think you should do SQE as you only need to take part 2 and no need to go through two year traineeship(the NQ salary will be like 1/3 higher than paralegal)
I'm going to do the LPC simply because I'm eligible to and more likely to pass it. SQE 1 sounds way too brutal and SQE has too many unknowns. If i dont get a TC then at least SQE 2 can save my ass if I manage to get relevant work experience.
