What is different for CNG conversion? It seems you advertise the same hardware for both LPG and CNG.

I cant even imagine how you make this work on cars with these modern DI systems and smart computers. What would be the approximate price for such a system with or without install costs on a golf 8 or even 7? I have too converted my car to LPG but im not satisfied with the performance of it. Sadly there are no businesses near me offering prins systems.

We have more than 1.000 DI applications available now. VSI-3 DI is the latest LPG system, and performs even better than VSI-2.0 DI. For details you hve to contact a distributor/dealer, we cannot guarantee them because we only supply to our importers worldwide (B2B).

Hello, My car is a Mercedes w210, 1997, E50 AMG, 5 liters with Bosch LH-jetronic injection. 108000 kms. Your installation list covers rhe model. Do you confirm this? Waarom maken jullie geen gebruik van de originele benzine injectoren? Op deze manier is het toch geen DI (Directe injectie)?

Hi, benzine blijft directe injectie, maar voor LPG gebruiken we inderdaad LPG injectoren. Onze ervaring heeft geleerd dat dit het beste werkt voor benzineauto's met een DI-motor.

Hello. I already have a Golf 7 with Prins installation, which covered 60k km, of which I am extremely satisfied! I ordered a Golf 8 R (not R line) and I would like to know if a similar installation can be mounted on this model. I know, it may seem strange to have a LPG on a sports model, but when you do over 30k km a year, you can save a lot .... thanks

Does it fully run on LPG or uses some gasoline as well? Because as far as I know direct injection engines cannot fully run on LPG it uses 30 percent of gasoline or so..

Hello, thanks! Due to strict safety standards and the requirement to have the system installed by an LPG fitting centre, LPG cars are just as safe as petrol and diesel cars. What's the difference between VSI 3 and VSI 2

VSI-2.0 is suitable for MPI engines. Then we have developed VSI-2.0 DI for DI engines. VSI-3 DI is our latest development as an LPG system. VSI-3 DI has a different AFC (computer) and is always installed with an eVP-500 reducer, the VSI-3 DI system is only for DI engines. More info can be found on our website: www.prinsautogas.com/en.

After the installation of your system prins vsi2 di on my vw golf cav 1,4 tsi I had a problem with the gasoline injectors after 5.000 km.What’s your opinion about that it’s a common fault when we install lpg on tsi engines?

Thanks for reaching out to us. Your VW Golf differs from this one in the video. However, our technical department reassures that it is not normal. There is always few polution, but not this extreme. We advise to contact / visit your local Prins dealer to check this for you.

This is because your injectors aren't cooled with gasoline now. Gasoline injectors are used in higher RPM (how map is setup). LPG is good only for port injection

@@panagiotisvasilos1218 this is common problem of rebuilding DI engines to LPG. Also quaility of LPG is important, cheap LPG can have more % of sulphur oxide, which also affect DI nozzles (corosion).
