People are complaining that they are facing big problems in PNG gas pipeline supply: 1. cost of installation is paid by the customer. Breakage of flooring tiles, wall tiles. Etc is paid by the customer. 2. Change of gas burner nozzles is paid by the customer. 3. At many places people are complaining that as their is no smell which makes the closed kitchen (mostly in small houses/flats) dengerous. 4. People complain that earlier they paid ₹700-800/ months. After price review now they are paying ₹1200-1600/month for same usage. This means ₹200-400 extra as compared to LPG.

It is mentioned in video that PNG does not have smell. But similar to LPG during leakage PNG also has some smell. Methane is odorless. The smell is added to the gas to identify leaks.

PNG requires more time to cook as compare to LPG. Hence require more time to complete cooking.

hmare ghr me fitment pipe ki feb2019 me hui thi.april 2021 ko gas chalu ho gyi he...png gas ki koi smell nhi hoti he par IGL wale alag se smell milate he delhi me jo gas aati he.........aap kaha se he aur agar apki gas agency wale ye smell add nhi krte gas me to aap unhe complaint kijie

Thank you. Iska matlab, pipe dado pe hi dikhai de raha hai....muzhe wahi avoid karna tha.pipe apaka ki bhi dikh hi Raha hai na. Aur ek bat, aap khush hai na, boss 5 burner hob PE aap.

PNG is safe for under counter top? Pls do a vedio on how to give a PNG connection for built in hob or stove.

As their is no smell of PNG. During leakage it's almost 99% undetectable. In closed houses/flats this is a dengerous scenario. Also at many places people are complaining that there have been incidents of fire in the PNG supply pipes near the joints or meter areas. Also labour charges for installation, any breakage of flooring/wall tiles is paid by the customer. Even the finishing work after installation is to be paid for by the customer and work done by private Mason's.
